Just arrived, a Huge 8 foot square hot tub for six persons, for private use by Guests of Glass House, installed on the rear patio. Two 5 Horsepower Water Pumps and 2.5 Horse Air Pump, 57 jets with waterfall and volcano, includes one lounger seat to fight over with five of your other friends and two back therapy seats so they can get over it.
There is an above ground swimming pool that is shared between Glass House and three other homes. The pool is 21 feet in diameter and approximately four feet deep. The pool is located in its own fenced in space at the rear of the properties. The pool is solar heated to extend the fall and spring swimming times!
Step in to your very own private Euro style Glass House with a lovely Atrium, when you stay in my executive rental home. The atrium plants are lovely, and include banana trees and tropical plants. This home is completely furnished, and includes an ADT alarm system, bedding, towels and linens, dishes and pots and pans, washer and dryer and ice maker refrigerator, telephone service, lawn service, cable modem and expanded cable television in all bedrooms and living room and family room!
This is a hotel style rental accommodation that provides luxury only found in a single family private home.
Located in a very convenient neighborhood inside loop 410, near North Star Mall and Alamo Quarry Mall (one mile) and the San Antonio Airport (2.5 miles), close to 410 and 281, so commuting to Ft. Sam (5.7 miles), Randolph AFB (18.4 miles), or downtown (approximately 5 miles) is accessible in minutes from home when you stay at one of my Executive Rental properties. It takes me about fifteen minutes non-rush hour (6 miles) to get to the River Center Mall. There is an HEB grocery store, a Blockbuster Video, a Walgreens pharmacy, a liquor store within two blocks of this fine home.
This house features a lovely lot with a fenced-in rear yard.
Home features a master bedroom suite with private bath and very large dressing room/closet with two queen beds. The Master bedroom overlooks the rear yard. Custom paint and furniture make this a lovely space to stay in.
A second and third good sized bedrooms feature Queen-sized beds with a shared bath.
There is a formal living room inspired by contemporary architect Mies Van de Rohe (often called the father of Contemporary Architecture), featuring furniture designs from the Reception Hall for the King and Queen of Spain's visit to the 1929 Barcelona Exhibition. The Living Room also joins the lovely atrium. One twin sized Barcelona style day bed, and a Barcelona style Lounge and Ottoman, compliment this exclusive and beautiful living room. The day bed will sleep one person.
Adjacent to the Living Room is a Television Lounge, which has a double recliner sofa and side chair, and of course a television.
The newly rehabbed kitchen features a ceramic tile countertop and floor, contemporary lighting, GE stainless steel appliances (ice maker refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, regular oven with cook top), a very large breakfast bar, maple cabinets, and maple colored oak dining room area that seats up to 9 persons. There is a dinner service for 12 persons provided with this house, and has all the items necessary to cook good meals.
The one car garage has an electric door.
Due to an overwhelming response to holiday weeks, Glass House is only available for one week minimum stay the weeks and weekends that include the Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.
