This classic Austrian vacation condo is located in Hinterstoder, Upper Austria. On the top floor of a traditional Austrian home, you will find this cozy 70 square meter (750 square foot) condo with a spectacular view of the mountains. The river Steyr, the cleanest river in Europe, is located virtually right out the front door.

Two bedrooms with one bath and a separate toilet comfortably accommodate 4 adults. A complete kitchen with a nook, homey living room with cable TV (CNN, SKY TV) will make for a restful vacation in Austria. Facing west, you will find a large balcony from which you can see the majestic range of mountains surrounding this hidden gem of a village.

Activities are plenty, both in winter and summer, from cross country skiing to snowboarding and ice skating in the winter, to hiking, biking and even para-gliding in the summer.

The hosts, Gunther and Hilde Edlinger will accommodate special requests from grocery shopping, hiking trail recommendations to restaurant tips. They are a wealth of information and will gladly disperse it too. They even may surprise you with one of their home made treats, Apple Strudel or Schnapps.

Hinterstoder, a well known, yet quiet resort village, is located at the end of the Stodertal. Easy to find, you can reach the condo in just 50 minutes from Linz, and about 90 Minutes from Salzburg. Airport or train station pick up can easily be arranged. Contact us for more info.
