This studio condo is one of the few, unique lakefront condos on Payette Lake available for rent. Your rental comes with a boat dock and a beach with a swimming area, as well as a lake side pool.
There are trees and grass frontage on the property down to the lake where you can lounge or stroll. The condo is on the top floor so it is very quiet with an incredible view. Timberlake condo complex is within 5 minutes walking distance to downtown McCall.
You can also walk to where the ramps, where boat launching occurs. The boat ramp has a nice restaurant with outdoor patio seating as well. There is a golf course just around the corner too, if you enjoy the sport.
