  When you think something is too good to be true, sometimes you are wrong. Imagine walking into a spotless studio with an amazing view of the lake and distant ski hill. It was warm enough to enjoy a glass of wine and the sunset on the west facing balcony. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and brought back memories of college. Can't wait to come back in the summer. Truly, this has got to be the best deal in town. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you can have this? The owner was really easy to work with and the neighbors we met were very nice. The bathroom was more than adequate and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

  We originally reserved the condo for 2 nights and ended up only staying about 12 hours. We were quite comfortable and absolutely loved the view from the patio! The condo was easily found and even though we arrived on a day that snow had been falling, the roads were well maintained. The parking lot needed attention. It was a big slushy mess, but plenty of room for parking. We hope that someday in the near future we will be able to make another go at our weekend getaway and actually enjoy the condo completely!

  This place was wonderful. Everything we could have asked for on our honeymoon. It was quiet, well kept, and cozy. The view from the balcony was beautiful, especially at night with all the lights reflecting on the lake. The living and sleeping area was cozy, and the couch bed was actually quite comfortable considering that it is a couch bed :0) The shower and bathroom are really nice. Never ran out of hot water, very nice place to warm up after a long stroll out by the cold lake. Would recommend this place for a couple just looking to get a way and relax. Thank you for a great time, and we look forward to being there again.

  I would recommend this property. We had a lot of fun at the beach and at the pool. The view was spectacular. It is a short drive to the marina and area restaurants. The room was clean as were the outside areas. This condo complex is very well maintained. The sofa bed wasn't exactly comfortable and there is no air conditioning but overall, it was a pleasant stay. I will stay there again!!

  Owner response: For future renters, the sofa bed is new but like all sofa beds, the matress is thinner than a regular full size bed matress. As for A/C, the complex was originally built w/no A/C in all the units BUT we installed a wall unit in ours so there is A/C if and when needed. Greg Goins (Owner)

  Our teenage son, my husband and I enjoyed 5 warm summer days at this comfortable condo on the lake. We appreciated being close to town and the state park, and we biked to both. Fishing spots were a short drive away. We also enjoyed sitting on the beach and balcony and swimming in the lake. The tree outside the window provided some shade without blocking the view. The Murphy bed was comfortable; the hide-a-bed was like most hide-a-beds. It was fun to see deer and foxes in the neighborhood, as well as to listen to the birds. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions and taking our reservation. We'd gladly return someday.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  The condo is well maintained and attractive. The location is excellent with a lovely lakeside view and beach access. A few things could have improved our stay: there is no DVD player as advertised. Seating in the condo is restricted to the sofa or barstools; an additional comfy chair would have been nice. The murphy bed is only full size, which barely accommodates two adults.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children.
