There are three king size bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms, There is a Queen size bedroom and the fifth bedroom has bunk beds. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's
The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual things that you are so use to at home.
There is a large 42" flat screen TV in the Family room.
The house is brand new, therefore all furnishings are new and is furnished to the highest standard.
There is a South facing fun pool which is heated for your enjoyment on the cooler months. Excluding Mid June to Mid september. Lanai area has outside table and chairs.
All our prices are per night and not per guest excluding 13% Florida Tax
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights and stays of less than 6 nights will incur a clean fee of $95
