This condominium is located near one of the most beautiful lakes in the world!
The lake is surrounded by magnificent Sierra mountains and borders both California and Nevada. Explore year round recreation. Lake Tahoe is home to 15 ski resorts with Heavenly Valley being right across the street. Leave your car at the condo - you are just steps from the slopes.
When the snow melts enjoy the lake and land activities such as lake cruises, river rafting, 24 hour night life, hot air balloons, etc. Condominium is located one mile from the lake and two miles from the casinos. Across the street at the Tahoe Seasons Resort you can catch shuttles to take you to restaurants, casinos, etc. There are many great restaurants right down the street on Ski Run Blvd.
Condo is a two level unit with all the comforts of home including a gas fireplace in both the livingroom and the master bedroom. High speed secured wireless internet also included. In the center of the complex is a large outdoor jacuzzi/spa for your enjoyment.
Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed, two twin beds, and one futon (double). All linens are provided. (Please Note: We have a second condo in the same complex if you would rather have two queen beds and no futon...just a regular sofa. This one is best for four.)
Sorry, no smoking inside for the health and comfort of our guests. Pets are not allowed.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Spring/Fall...... $110/night (2 night minimum) .. $600/week.
Winter........... $155/night (2 night minimum) .. $1050/week.
Summer........... $110/night (2 night minimum) .. $600/week.
HOLIDAY RATES ARE HIGHER. A 10% city tax will be added.
Cleaning/linen fee extra.
If cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund,
however we would be happy to reschedule your stay to another time
within the next six months. Sorry, no refund for early check-out.

We loved being out and about and exploring the area. What a fabulous area. We loved the proximity to Heavenly which was "Heavenly"! So beautiful. We skied at Squaw Valley and caught a show at the casino. Your condo was very comfortable and well equipped. Thank you! Happy 2004!

Just to say we had such a great holiday in Tahoe and the condo was just perfect. We were pleased to have so much snow. We certainly would like to rent your condo again at some point and would recommend you to our friends for sure.

We had a wonderful time. Your place is so cozy and was perfect for us to spend our first christmas away from home. It was a white chistmas and we were able to enjoy the luxury of being right across the street from the gondola and lifts. Thank you for making the whole process so convenient and easy.
