This condominium is located near one of the most beautiful lakes in the world!
The lake is surrounded by magnificent Sierra mountains and borders both California and Nevada. Explore year round recreation. Lake Tahoe is home to 15 ski resorts with Heavenly Valley being right across the street. Leave your car at the condo - you are just steps from the slopes.
When the snow melts enjoy the lake and land activities such as lake cruises, river rafting, 24 hour night life, etc. Condominium is located one mile from the lake and two miles from the casinos. There are many great restaurants right down the street on Ski Run Blvd.
Condo is a two level unit with all the comforts of home including a gas fireplace in both the livingroom and the master bedroom. High speed secured wireless internet also included. In the center of the complex is a large outdoor jacuzzi/spa for your enjoyment.
Sleeping accommodations include one queen bed, two twin beds, and one futon (double). All linens are provided. (Please Note: We have a second condo in the same complex if you would rather have two queen beds and no futon...just a regular sofa. This one is best for two-four.)
Sorry, no smoking inside for the health and comfort of our guests. Pets are not allowed.

Had a wonderful time. Weather and skiing were both great. Condo very comfortable and such a short walk to the tram. No need for a car! We enjoyed the elk at Nepheles and the sushi at the Naked Fish. Skiing Sierra at Tahoe was a blast also. Thanks.

Enjoyed a great week at a great place. Condo was very comfortable and with every amenity we needed. Highlight of trip was taking gondola at Heavenly-worth the few extra dollars to go all the way to the summit and hike to the very top. What a view! Thanks so much.

5 great days in your condo. We even had some great animal sitings from the window: a Coyote and a brown bear that was huge and beautiful walking across the street. Perhaps it was "Gentle Ben". Thanks.

First trip to Lake Tahoe. We skied Mt. Rose, Squaw (night skiing), and Heavenly. Loved the washer/dryer and all the spices provided in the kitchen. Watched many of your movies and enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi.

We had a great 4 days in condo. We snowmobiled at Zephyr Cove which was so much fun. The snow was unbelieveable. 2-3 ft. of new snow!! Lots of powder. Great conditions at Heavenly. We had a great time.

Spring skiing was great. Skied at Heavenly and Homewood. Homewood has tons of blue runs and a great rope pull hill for beginners. Locals were sick of snow but we were thrilled. Your condo is so convenient and comfy. Hope to come back.

This is a very nice well supplied condo. We enjoyed the fact that we could walk to Heavenly. Enjoyed snowboarding on the mountain. We also drove to Kirkwood for a day and had a great time snowboarding there. Kirkwood is only 45 minutes away!!
