This condo is exactly as advertised. We have stayed there twice; we love it there and will definitely return next year. It is very clean and well equipped with everything needed. Breathtaking views, watching the boats, sea birds and dolphins are only part of what we enjoy so much. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub and on the private beach. The area is extremely well kept and we feel safe and and can totally relax in the quiet surroundings. We had good luck fishing from the private pier and caught a variety of fish. Nice restaurants nearby and driving around the Ft. Myers area is easy and everyone is very friendly. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who's looking for a fabulous get away vacation spot. For us, it's perfect in every way!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is our third time in the last few years staying at this condo. The pictures are an accurate reflection of the condo and surrounding property which are all well maintained. The sunset views are wonderful especially while sitting on the balcony with a nice drink. We love the location and the proximity to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach - lots of golf courses, restaurants and shopping are close by. Jan, the owner is great to deal with, very responsive and willing to share her new "finds" for restaurants, golf courses etc. The pool has lots of loungers and there is a small, private beach next to the pool. We will certainly be returning to this condo! There is a Publix close to the condo so you can pick up groceries en route from the airport. Thanks Jan for another great stay at your southern retreat!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I spent a wonderful two weeks in March 2012 at this fabulous condo. It is exactly as advertised, perfect in every respect. The condo is clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Located on the 10th floor, the westerly view from the screened lanai and master bedroom is breathtaking. Fabulous sunsets, many varieties of sea birds fly by and you can view the bridge to Sanibel and Captiva Islands that are just a few minutes drive away. World famous beaches and a variety of restaurants are nearby. The building is 12 stories and sits directly on the water with its own little private sandy beach and recliners. The grounds are beautifully maintained and there's a large pool and hot tub. Tennis, spa, and a Marriott hotel within the complex. All in all this place is a great stress reliever! This place is incredible! My husband and I and our 1 and 2 year-old girls stayed, along with my husband's parents and sister and her boyfriend. It was wonderful! Within the condo itself, the lanai was our favorite. It offered breath-taking views of sunset and relaxing sounds all day long. You can't feel stressed when you have the sound of the ocean right there as a backdrop from the time you drink your first cup of coffee until the time you go to bed! Additionally, the convenience of having both a pool and a private beach was perfect, especially for us with small children. We didn't have to load up the kids and make a big excursion to go to the beach...it was merely a short elevator ride down. One of our girls could be napping upstairs while the other was jumping to us in the pool (repeatedly!). We also enjoyed the mile-long mangrove trail around the property, and my husband and I enjoyed having a drink at the hotel pool while the inlaws watched our girls. Also, the property is literally the last stop before the toll bridge that takes you across to Sanibel, so getting to Sanibel for a day of sea-shelling was very doable! I could say so much more, but I'll leave that to you...Thanks so much for the opportunity, Jan! The stay here definitely rates among our top 10 stays ever!!! When we entered the condo for the first time we very stunned by the breathtaking views from the condo! The kids' first statement was, "this is one of the best places we ever stayed". Later on they added, " can we stay here forever!!". I must also mention that Jan, the owner, has been very accommodating and extremely helpful with getting us oriented with the area! We definitely plan on returning here again (hopefully soon!!!) Thank you, Jan, for a fantastic stay here! Four grandmothers had a wonderful time at this condo on San Carlos Bay in Fort Myers, Florida. We arrived at this gated community after a short ride from the International Airport. We drove right up to the front door where we unloaded our luggage and groceries and ascended to the tenth floor. As the door opened we walked directly across the hall to our condo. We were delighted at the spaciousness and tasteful decorating of this unit. We felt like royalty as we toured the rooms and looked out at San Carlos Bay. The pool and hot tub were close to the beach. We could walk to the Marriott Hotel where there were many fine restaurants. There was also a world class spa and tennis courts on the grounds. Sanibel and Captiva Islands were easily accessed as we drove over the causeway that was near the entrance to this facility. We spent many happy times shelling and visiting the refuge that covers 70% of Sanibel Island. There are many fine restaurants and stores on both of these islands. We were also close to Fort Myers that has many sights of interest to visit. We were always glad to return to the condo and relax in style after a day of fun in the Florida sunshine. The owners of the condo were very helpful as we arranged our trip with suggestions of places that they always enjoy visiting when they are there. This gave us a some ideas as we planned activities for our daily outings. We highly recommend this condo as a place to stay for your vacation in this area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Four of us spent the month of March, 2011 in this lovely, clean condo. The complex is definitely one of the nicest in the area. The balcony and view of San Carlos Bay is spectacular. We were able to watch dolphins frolocking almost daily and the sunsets were breathtaking! If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation, this is the place for you. The pool is lovely with plenty of shade and an abundance of lounge chairs. The beach is like your own private retreat. The condo management staff were very professional and helpful and the proximity to Sanibel and Captiva Islands was definitely a plus. We will stay here again as soon as possible!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Four grandmothers had a marvelous time in February 2011 in this condo on San Carlos Bay in Fort Myers, Florida. The accommodations were top rate and we felt like royalty. The ease of parking and the fun of ascending in the elevator to this 10th floor condo of this gated vacation spot added to our sense of peace and security. The view was spectacular and the breezes gentle and soft as we gazed out at San Carlos Bay. We could see the causeway that would take us to Sanibel and Captiva Islands for many days of shell collecting and time visiting the refuge. Just down the way from our pool and hot tub was the Marriott Hotel and a wonderful spa and tennis courts. The hotel featured restaurants where we could enjoy our meals if we chose to go out without leaving the complex. Fort Myers was just a few minutes away where there were other vacation sights. We highly recommend this condo as the place to launch your wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Wonderful condo, wonderful resort! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful vacation property with us. We have a family tradition of spending some time in April with our family, which now includes grandchildren. Many of our years have been spent at Sanibel Harbor. Your condominium is comfortable and accommodating. Would definately recommend to others. We have stayed in various units in this complex for the past three years and this unit is by far the best! The ocean views are spectacular and the lanai is spacious and well furnished. We stayed Feb 4 - 11 in this lovely property. The condo has a stunning bay view with eye popping sunsets. It is beautifully kept and equipped. The resort itself is among the best in the area.Sunny days, an abundance of beaches,great restaurants, easy to get around, lots to see and do. We had a wonderful time. The condo is easy to get to from the airport. Accomodations are extremely nice. The view is spectacular. It is located close to the causeway for quick and easy access to the islands. I will be sure to visit again and again. Jan makes the process easy and affordable. My 2 friends and I stayed here for a week last summer. We dined on the lanai every night while the sun was setting. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook our meals. There is even a washer/dryer unit, which was great because we could just wash and reuse the same beach towels, freeing up some room in our suitcases. The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated with really cool large mirrors. The master bathroom is AMAZING, complete with a big closet and bathtub. There is easy access to the beach and the pool, and other beaches and shops are just a short drive away. The only thing we missed was bringing our own CDs! We are a family of five (3 kids...14, 12, and 6 years old) and we fit perfectly in this very nicely furnished unit. We had everything we needed and more. The view from the Lanai is awesome with spectacular sunsets. The Grounds are beautiful and full of birds and wildlife. Sanibel Island is a stone’s throw away and has a lot to offer visitors of any age. You are also close proximity to Fort Meyers Beach if you want a party atmosphere but can still come “home” to a secluded paradise. We even did a day trip to the Everglades which was very easy to get to. Something for everyone and a great place to say...we will defiantly be back.
