One bedroom looks out to the north and has the river on that side, the other looks out to the mountains. Open and airy, high ceilings. One car heated garage space. Ski locker.
Will look at a long term lease or a shorter term. I am flexible.
It is located on the walking path that runs by the river to town. There is a free bus that loops through town that stops downstairs. A grocery store, prepared food store, thai restaurant and liquor store are all within a block. Close to town activities, restaurants, shopping, and gondola.

I moved to Telluride thinking I would try it out for a couple of years. As it turned out I stayed for 13 years. This condo was my home.
The Unique Benefits of this
What I love about my area is that it has the ski lift and is so convenient for winter and in the summer it is quiet. I can hike right outside my door in the summer and fall. Fall is fabulous with the air becoming crisp and the glorious colors of the changing aspens.
