This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at Pelican Beach Resort in the heart of Destin. Across from the Big Kahuna Water Theme Park, this resort is first class with its many amenities. It is a gated property with security at the entrance and covered parking. Some of the other amenities include two tennis courts, a video game room, outdoor BBQ grills, a work-out facility complete with steam room and sauna, a restaurant/deli and an outdoor Tiki Bar overlooking the beach. There are three swimming pools--one is an indoor-outdoor heated pool, a kiddie pool and a large outdoor pool with a waterfall right on the beach. Next to this pool is a Jacuzzi where you can relax and be on the beach at the same time. All of these services are included in your stay. Beach service (chairs and umbrellas) is also available for a fee.

From the living area or the master bedroom, the view from this 11th floor unit is breathtaking. Both areas open to a large balcony overlooking the ocean. This deluxe unit is fully equipped and classically decorated. Complimentary high speed Internet is also included.

Restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, go-carts, movies are all close. This is a great family vacation spot.

  • What a great condo! The view was awesome of the beach out the balcony. We were able to see Dolphins in the morning from just standing on the beach. We had plenty of room with 4 adults and 2 kids. A lot to do at the condo - especially with the indoor and outdoor pools plus being right near the beach. They also have a deli/small convience located downstairs too. The fitness room was a nice added attraction. We plan on staying here again and dealing with the owner, Vicki, has been nothing but outstanding. She's very quickly to reply back to emails or phone calls and will make your transaction smooth as possible. This location is also very convienant to most locations as well - highly recommend people stay here. I know we will again :).
