Romar Place, a beachfront condo with high speed secure Cable internet with speeds up to 12 meg, is an elegant 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath vacation getaway. The luxury gulf front condo is a Family Friendly, Non-Smoking, seventh-floor unit with three bedrooms and a beautiful large Gulf-front balcony. The high speed access Internet connection makes time away from school and the office so much easier with a web connection that handles four simultaneous Internet users. Romar Place, with only 66 units isn’t one of the mega condos with crowded beaches and pools and long waits for the elevator. Its size, beautiful design, and amenities make it a perfect getaway spot for families, couples, or business events. Long weekends make a great mini-vacation to recharge your batteries.
A large Gulf-front pool has staggered steps for water babies, long lanes for swim lovers, and a great deck for sun worshippers. The heated indoor pool complete with jacuzzi and work out room offer lots of opportunity to exercise or just plain relax. The sound of ocean waves breaking on the beach makes for great sleeping in the master bedroom. With its own sliding glass doors to the balcony, you can have some private time away from all the activity. The two guest bedrooms are both good size rooms with TV’s. A full-size washer and dryer make the luggage lighter and the trip home so much easier!
Equipped with absolutely everything you might need, the kitchen is well enough stocked even for the gourmet cook. A large inventory of serving plates, flatware, and utensils ensure you can serve as many as you need to. Don't bring pillows - we've got plenty of extras! The open floor plan offers both a beautiful view, but also a practical set-up for vacation schedules. If cooking isn't your bag though, Wintzell's is right across the street and within several blocks in either direction you'll find many restaurants, beach cafes, and night spots to choose from.
Golf, shopping or fishing of any interest? The shopping opportunities are outstanding with a huge outlet mall just 20 minutes away in Foley and hundreds of smaller boutiques, souvenirs, and specialty shops in between. Grocery stores, liquor stores, business services, and other specialty shops can be found throughout the entire region. The region is well known for its large number of excellent golf courses.
Many company meetings are held here because of the golf, fishing, and other entertainment opportunities. The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area has literally hundreds of charter captains and fishing boats and the fishing is superb!
Best of all though, may be just sitting on the balcony taking in the awesome view of the snow white sand and the emerald water, and listening to the peaceful sound of waves. We hope you enjoy your vacation, where ever it is!

Our family stayed at this condo at Romar Place for 1 week. Our group consisted of 7 people, including myself, my husband, our 3 boys (ages 8, 6, and 3), and my in-laws. The beach was nice and not crowded. The building was great. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. My three-year-old loved the kiddie pool part of the outdoor pool. There were bathrooms in the outdoor pool area. The elevators were convenient and had carts to help haul beach gear up and down. The building was located in a very convenient part of town. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Since the building is not huge, all of the parking spots were fairly close to the building. The condo was clean and well kept with a fun tropical decor. The kitchen was fully furnished, which helped make meals easy. The washer and dryer helped us stay on top of the laundry. The large balcony was nice for breakfast and playing board games. We used the key pad so we didn't have to carry a key down to the beach. The owner sent a nice info packet before our trip. We received our security deposit promptly after our trip. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We loved our accommodations at Romar Place, beautifully decorated and wonderful gulf-side view. We enjoyed being conveniently close to restaurants- Wintzells, Hazels, Nikki 's, and grocery/shopping-Publix, Winn Dixie, and Al's 5 & 10 - in Orange Beach and in Gulf Shores: Shrimp Baskey, and Original Oyster House. We were fortunate enough to get our entire family to come with us: our parents, sisters, adult children and 2 young grandsons and had plenty of room in our two 3 bedroom condos. The owners were accurate in their description and became friends that we will definitely rent from again. Our grandsons and their parents enjoyed going to the movie at the Rave Theatre on a rainy day. We all enjoyed the beach, shelling, pool and indoor pool. We even grilled for our family poolside too. We so enjoyed our early morning and late afternoon viewings of the dolphins from our balcony, and the parasailing, kayaking, sailboats and. catamarans. You will not find a better family friendly beach experience!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

This was by far one of the best family vacations we've had! The condo was beautiful and the location outstanding. Very convenient being right on a gorgeous beach with incredible sand and having the ability to go there and having indoor or outdoor pools gave us all the water choices we could have desired. The rooms are well maintained and the kitchen was well appointed. Lots of great restaurants within 15 minute drive and good golfing too! We couldn't have asked for anything more and intend on using the rental again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have been coming for vacations on the Gulf Coast since I was in high school and your condo is the nicest we have ever stayed in. We all loved the artwork on the walls and I so appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. As we close a beautiful week of sun, fun, and lots of family love we wish to thank you for sharing your beach home with us. The condo is beautiful, warm and inviting with every need met. Our son, wife and granddaughters and grandson met us here from Missouri. The grandbabies enjoyed presents everyday, swimming, surfing flying kites, lots of hug and kisses and so much more. The dolphin cruise was a hit. I highly recommend Zeke's marina deep sea fishing with the captain and crew. We brought in over 300 lbs of red snapper, white snapper, trigger and king mackerel. Bone tired after 10 hours and happy to rest our weary bones in this lush comfortable home you have blessed us with. I have thoroughly relaxed in and out of the pool basking in the glow of family and thanking God for all the blessings he has given me and will treasure the memories we have made here.
