The home was huge, both bathrooms upstairs clearly had been recently renovated because they were so clean and new-looking. There was 1 or more thermostats in each room, which was convenient. The place is in a nice residential complex, and the inside is larger in person than it even seems from the photos. The hot tub was a few steps away, seemed to be brand new, and we barely encountered anyone else there even though it's shared by the other homes along the street. It's an easy drive to both ski resorts, and highly recommended.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We had a family wedding and needed a place for us to stay together but also to have friends be able to stop over and entertain. This town home was perfect for us. We had lots a family time sledding on the hill behind the homes, sitting together in the hot tub and long hikes on the trails. I would love to come back sometime when the weather is mild and enjoy more of the outdoors there.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.
Owner response: I'm glad the days in Vail were full of wonderful memories...you'll have to come in the summer and entertain on the back deck with the mountain meadow and lush hillside.

6 twins and a king made this condo work perfectly for 8 guys stag trip. 5 minutes from the Beaver Creek Free Parking and Leav the Beav lift, 13 minutes to Lionshead Parking Facility at Vail. 2 Bedrooms upstairs, one on main level and 1 downstairs spreads out the gear and the bodies so you never feel cramped. Condo kept up to date and very clean. It is fully equipped including washer dryer and wifi. Workout area / hot tub is 60ft. from front door. This was our 12th year at Vail and the first time we immediately re-booked. Owner is responsive to e-mail, naswered all our questions, provided dining suggestions and will return calls if necessary.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
Owner response: It is great to have repeat renters! Hope you snag the Master as there is a beautiful newly remodeled bathroom! Thanks!

Our stay at the Eagle-Vail residence, was quite comfortable. It felt like a home, which indeed it is. The location between Vail and Beaver Creek was just about perfect. The residence is roomy and we enjoyed having our daughter, son in law and their two children share it with us. We decided to go to the mountains to escape the heat in Texas, and found the weather to be really warm there also, but the evenings cooled off nicely. I would give Nancy an A+Owner response: Thank you for your kind words...Vail is usually 10 degrees cooler than Denver, but not this summer!

This condo is just about perfect, especially if there are more than 6 in your group. We volunteer for the Men's Alpine World Cup in late Nov each year and find the accommodations ideal. Each bedroom has it's own full bath, kitchen is large as well as dinning and living room areas. Plenty of room for all to spread out. There's even a garage. Location setting is beautiful and it is close to Avon and Beaver Creek Resorts.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We have stayed here with family and friends since 2003. It is spacious and allows the cooks to interact with the rest of the clan due to the openness of the kitchen and living room areas. We love staying here and taking a dip in the jacuzzi afte a day of skiing. Closeness to the slopes is also great!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

We stayed for 2 weeks and found the home to be perfect. We had 4 adults and m 4 children (ages 5-12). The kitchen was well stocked (the first place in years for us) which just made our stay so much more pleasent. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the supply of games and sleds. We did have trouble getting in the garage with my Expedition because of the angle/clearance, but there was plenty of non-garage parking to use. If we plan to return to the Vail area next year I will definately rent this townhome again!!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Well I though Whistler was one of the best places to ski and stay! I have now found i love Vail and this place we rented was amazing and held our entire "extended" family. Very cozy and warm and all the amenities. Close to ski hill and beautiful backdrop where this place nestles up to the mountains. 10 out of 10. I'll BE BACK. MorganDid you find this review helpful? Great views of the nearby woods. Very convenient to Avon, Vail, & Edwards.Owner response: They have been summer renters for over 7 years!

Owner info
Year Purchased: 1992
About the owner: We've been skiing and hiking in the Rockies for over 40 years. When owning a second home in the mountains became possible, we knew immediately it had to be in the Vail Valley.
Why the Owner Chose Other Vail Properties:
Vail is less than a two-hour drive from Denver where we live and have raised our children. The home is just over a mile to the entrance to Beaver Creek and an 8-minute drive to the main Vail Village. The view from the main floor two large picture windows is a serene mountain meadow and a lush hillside. The home sits among the finest ski areas in the world (Copper Mountain-30 min., Keystone-45 minutes, Aspen-1 1/2hr., Steamboat).
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
During ski season we enjoy our coffee in the morning while watching the snow fall on the meadow and trees. The usual topic of conversation is which award winning mountain to ski that day! After a day on the slopes, the kids can sled out back as the adults relax in the hot tub in the athletic club.
