Like New, Non-Smoking, lakefront chalet with steps down to Lake, backs up to USFS.

Wilderness Lake with lots of waterfalls, wildlife, and diving rocks. Lots of screened-in porches and decks to enjoy outside. It is very quiet and peaceful and features a beautiful stacked stone woodburning fireplace, six foot bath tub upstairs, wood floors throughout, enclosed bedroom up stairs with bath and sitting room overlooking the great room. Very quiet lake, perfect for canoeing and swimming. There is a canoe provided. Bring your bathing suit and your sense of adventure!

You will leave this cabin relaxed and refreshed.

Whitewater rafting nearby, Fields of the Wood near, drive to lots of local attractions. Flea markets, beautiful drives down tree lined back roads. One and a half miles of gravel road down steep concrete drive. Lake stays full year round. A great place to get-away! 4-Wheel drive or All-wheel drive recommended.

  • Lakefront: Steps down to trail to lake side, lots of waterfalls coming into lake, rope swing one mile away, use canoe to see or fish

  • Telephone: Blocked to call out long distance, but could use phone card, Give # to all 828 494-7411 to call you. I've not seen a cell phone that works yet.
