Like New, Non-Smoking, lakefront chalet with steps down to Lake, backs up to USFS.
Wilderness Lake with lots of waterfalls, wildlife, and diving rocks. Lots of screened-in porches and decks to enjoy outside. It is very quiet and peaceful and features a beautiful stacked stone woodburning fireplace, six foot bath tub upstairs, wood floors throughout, enclosed bedroom up stairs with bath and sitting room overlooking the great room. Very quiet lake, perfect for canoeing and swimming. There is a canoe provided. Bring your bathing suit and your sense of adventure!
You will leave this cabin relaxed and refreshed.
Whitewater rafting nearby, Fields of the Wood near, drive to lots of local attractions. Flea markets, beautiful drives down tree lined back roads. One and a half miles of gravel road down steep concrete drive. Lake stays full year round. A great place to get-away! 4-Wheel drive or All-wheel drive recommended.

Year Purchased: 2002
I gave my builder the deposit to start on 9-11-01 and day we all will never forget! Moved in July 2002 and have rented the chalet weekly since! I still clean the chalet myself as it's about the only time I have time to spend there. Took care of everything until a wonderful man came into my life 2007. We married Aug. 2008 and spent our honeymoon at the chalet. Oh my goodness, it was wonderful; so relaxing, we fished, took several day trips and (we live here). We go back now for a week to "work" on the chalet, this year we restained the deck, took down doors and refinshed, put up new screening, lots of projects to keep the place "like new". Best get a way ever! As lots of folks have left me notes thanking me for the "visit". Come on out and enjoy, all welcome. Joan & Terry

I was born in Murphy and have been here most of my adult life. I have raised 6 children and now have 7 grandSONs who live here! If I didn't live here I would move here! Anyway love the area with the endless areas to explore:)
