Our vacation home is located in Destin's beautiful Crystal Beach, convenient to Destin Commons Mall, the Waterpark, Outlet Mall, fabulous restaurants. This unit is directly across the street from the Emerald Green Waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico that is Destin!!!!
This adorable one bedroom condo confortabley sleeps 6; ( can possibly accomodate 8 with advanced notice) This unit is stylishly decorated and fully equipped to make your vacation truly enjoyable. This unit comes with elegant crown molding throughout, including the bathroom; porcelin tile floors; plush carpet in Master; Cable TV in Master BR & Living Room; Designer Custom Made window treatments throughout; custom made bedding and shower curtain; as well as gorgeous art work.
The large living area is centered around an elegant but comfortable sleeper sofa and recliner with beautiful accent pieces of furniture. The master bedroom is very classy with a spacious bath. Our Unit is located a short walking distance to the Beach.(Just a few yards)
We chose this unit as it's centralized location makes it very convenient to all of Destin's Major attractions. We are located within 5 minutes driving time to shopping at the Destin Commons Mall; or the Silver Shells Outlet Mall.
For more fun & adventure the BIG KAHUNA Waterpark, as well as all the beach rentals for more water activities. And of course it is also close to all the fabulous restaurants in town!!
This unit is directly across the street from the Emerald Green Waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. It is also located on the ground floor, with a balcony that opens up to your very own private patio; directly adjacent to poolside & jacuzzi area.
The pool area is gated and exclusively for guest use only.

Just returned from a week long stay, everything about this condo was perfect. Soon as we arrived, the place was immaculate, and extremely well decorated. You can tell the owners really took the time, and extra effort to make sure everything you need was provided. The furnishings were stylish and very comfortable. The pool and hot-tub is right off the patio, and the beach is right across the street. I was so impressed with this condo, I have already contacted the owners for book it 2 more times this year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The place is so well kept!!!! The owners really take pride in their place. I have stayed at plenty of different beach condos and I will never stay at a different one ever again! I hope I have been helpful to anyone making their decision on where to stay. Thank you, Jantzen Shivers

The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. It is a very short, easy, walk to the beach, which is gorgeous! The condo is located to easy acess for shopping and dining. Also the pool is right outside the porch area, you can relax on the porch and watch the kids swim! I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend this condo!!!!!!!!!
