This lovely beachfront home is located on the north end of a 4 mile sandy beach in a gated community in Punta Banda, 1/2 hour from Ensenada. The water is shallow and is perfect for swimming, skim boarding, boogie boarding and novice surfing. Kids love to build sand castles and beach combing is sure to produce some great finds. Watch dolphins frolic and pelicans dive for breakfast as you sip your morning coffee on the patio. Listen for the seals barking as they search for fish and visit the nearby fishing village for the catch of the day.
Nearby you can find a wonderful 18 hole golf course, horses to ride and hot springs if you are adventuresome. Located approximately 2 hours from San Diego, this home is close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping in Ensenada. There is a full kitchen, CD player, DVD players, satellite TV in the living room and upstairs bedroom. All Linens and towels including beach towels are supplied. Boogie boards, board games and a variety of books supplied.
The long stretch of road is perfect for biking or scootering. Beach is great for kite flying. Take a tour of the winery north of Ensenada. Go bird watching in the bird sanctuary and look for one clawed crabs in the lagoon before dusk. Roast marshmallows in the fire pit on the patio and have a margarita while the sun sets. |
