This brand new lakeside condo has everything a vacationer could possibly want, including a private swimming pool with waterfall, private boat launch, a board walk, and quite possibly the lowest rates in Hot Springs for a new, fully furnished 2 bedroom luxury condo.

This condo is luxurious, yet is also children friendly. There is a high-chair in this unit for those who have small children. You'll find a variety of movies for your entertainment as well as toys for the kids to play with. The interior was professionally decorated by one of the finest interior decorators in Hot Springs. You simply won't find a nicer unit. Another great feature is the gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton from the patio, master bedroom, and living room. There is a wide screen TV with cable and DVD/VCR included in the den and cable TV in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and a rain shower in the master bath. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a walk-in closet. The bunk bed has a FULL size mattress on the bottom and a TWIN mattress on the top. In the guest bathroom, you'll find a jetted tub to help ease the aches and pains from a day of playing on the lake or shopping. Plus, there is a furnished kitchen for your convenience.

The private boat launch is perfect for the person not wanting to keep the boat in the lake over night. This condo is nestled away from the rough waters and offers peaceful water that is perfect for tubing, skiing, and wake-boarding.

We are located right off of Carpenter Dam road. Oaklawn race track (horse races) is a short 10 minute drive. Shopping and the spas are located in the downtown area only minutes away, as well as a variety of restaurants. For nature lovers, Garvan Woodland Gardens is right down the road about 5 minutes from the condo. There is also a nice park/playground area called Entergy Park, just 1 minute from the condo. It's a great place to take the kids for a picnic and let them have fun in the shade.

For those of you who have kids of any age, you absolutely must visit Magic Springs family theme park during your stay. You can Google "Magic Springs" and check out their site. You can compare this theme park to a miniature Six Flags/White Water Park. A short 10 minute drive from the condo!

  • This condo feels like brand new - beautifully and tastefully decorated in every room. The lamps are so unique and very original. All the appliances in the kitchen are new. The bathrooms are very nice and the coloring scheme is subtle and warm. The condo was more than we could have asked for, the accomodations made me feel like we were being set up with all the luxuries of home. The tealley style kitchen opens up to the dining-living area which keeps the conversation flowing and the fun-going without leaving the room! WE WOULD NOT LOOK FOR ANY OTHER CONDO ACCOMODATIONS FOR FUTURE TRIPS.

  • We just returned from our visit to your beautifully decorated and spacious condo and thoroughly feel that your place is in a piece of heaven. It was so quiet and relaxing. Just a few steps to the water's edge, with a long boardwalk with park benches along the way. Fishing is great or if you like, just listen to the many species of birds. We stayed in your condo in mid May and mid September and hope to be welcome back next May.

I can't say enough about the decor and amenities of the condo...magnificent!!! I recommend this place to EVERYONE, and we will vacation in Hot Springs and stay at Bayshore Cove again.

All the accomodations were great and was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The condo was a true luxury!!! We can't wait to visit again.   • Trent, my family recently vacationed in your lovely Hot Springs condo. Whenever I visit the Hot Springs area I will check your condo availability first. It is a nice quiet location with a water view, adjacent boat ramp, and all within 5 minutes of most Hot Springs attractions. Great place!!!
