Directly on the beach, enjoy panoramic views of Acapulco Bay and magnificent sunsets from the double wide and deep terrace while relaxing on the lounges overlooking the beach, bay and private pool. This beautifully decorated spacious apartment is open and airy with lots of light. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms en suite.
The living room has 2 sofas, a gaming table, a carved wooden bar, WIFI internet and a telephone to make free calls to and from the USA and Canada. The kitchen is fully equipped with all upscale dishes, placemats and cutlery. It includes a water dispenser, washer/dryer and all small appliances. Included is my maid who will come in to clean every day. She is an excellent cook and for a nominal fee she will also cook for you.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds plus an individual bed. Each bedroom has its own bath and opens onto a terrace There are color cableTV's in each with DVD, VCR and tapes in each bedroom. The bedrooms have large closets and plenty of drawer space. There are games, books and pool toys.
There are only 2 apartments on each floor so your privacy is insured. In the lobby there is a game room with a TV, sofas,
ping pong, fuse ball and more. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day. The grounds are well maintained and the building is gated. It is on a side street secluded from the main street (Costera Aleman) so there is never any noise or traffic.
The beach offers many water sports: fishing, water skiing, Waverunners, parasailing, snorkeling, diving and banana boating. And, of course, just relaxing under an umbrella and enjoying the perfect climate.
Centrally located, within walking distance there are wonderful restaurants, movies, the Convention Center and Acapulco's famous nightlife. Golf and tennis are across the street.

We stayed at this lovely condo during one of Acapulco's most challenging weeks: News of widespread violence threatened to ruin our much-anticipated vacation. We decided to go for it and we are so glad we did. Tina's place is truly an oasis: Unlike other places I reviewed, it is tastefully decorated, warm and with the most amazing and comfortable terrace overseeing the bay. With daily maid service included, the place is kept clean and tidy. The building is gated, with 24-hr. security, and private access to the beach. We were (and felt) safe at all times. The children enjoyed the pool and beach, and the adults the peaceful sunsets and the late-evening chats lounging in the terrace. If you're looking for loud, busy, mall-like environments, this condo may not be for you. If, like me, you're looking for a place that's beautiful and allows you to enjoy the eternal magic of Acapulco in safety, peace and comfort, this is definitely it. I plan to stay in touch and hopefully schedule another visit soon.

What a wonderful vacation my family and I had staying at this beautiful condo! The condo is so unique and so very comfortable! The owner went over and beyond the call of duty helping us with every aspect of our stay. The terrace is just a little slice of heaven! You are on the 7th floor and have these incredibal views and breezes. The pool area is so pretty and quiet and nice as is the beach. This is a great place for couples, families to relax and enjoy the beach. We walked to dinner and out for ice-cream as well as tennis. The house keeper, Cheva, is a joy!! She speaks no english and we spoke no spanish and we all got along very well! She cooked for us at an additional charge and oh how wonderful that was!! Fresh squeezed orange juice each morning along with fresh fruit, french toast, yum! She made great dinners for us and even her speciality of flan!! This was a vacation for all!! We would staly here again and again and again!! The owner is just great!! You will not be sorry if you stay here and I welcome your contact if you have any questions!
