Quaint Victoria Beach home is just five years new with beautiful whitewater ocean and beach view from almost every room. A wrap around deck with patio table and lounge chairs to enjoy Catalina Island sunset views. Our home is approx. 100 yards to beautiful, sandy Victoria Beach where you can kayak, body surf, skim board,play volleyball, paddle tennis; access to our beach toys and equipment is a must (umbrellas, chairs, coolers, beach toys, water sports). Gated yard with ocean view and built-in barbeque with table and chairs, also a fire pit; Private area with plunge pool/jacuzzi. Two car garage with ping pong table and fun bar area with scroll down screen for dvd. A minute walk up the streets to catch the local trolley to restaurants, galleries, Festival of Arts. (Trolley in summertime only). Five minutes from the beautiful Montage Resort and Spa also to shopping and restaurants.
The main living area is very comfortable with an indoor/outdoor feel with hardwood floors (throughout house) as it opens up to a wrap around deck/patio. Seating at the main dining for up to 10 people. Kitchen has marble countertops and opens to the living room. Has seating at the counter for 4 people. Both kitchen and living room have beach, whitewater and Catalina Island view. Master bedroom has its own bathroom with claw foot bathtub and separate shower, double sinks. Downstairs has three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with a double bed. Family room opens up to the yard with barbeque and fire pit - this is also the access to jacuzzi. Family room has large flat screen t.v. and access to many dvd's, cd's, playstation, , separate i-pod hook ups in each room.

Everything about the trip to Laguna was incredible. Over the past six years we have spent 12 weeks vacationing in Orange County in similar fashion. This was by far the best!! The owners are great and made the stay an incredible experience for my family. The house is very clean, bright, and has wonderful ocean views. The views, pool and Victoria Beach were highlights for my family. Walking down the steps to Victoria Beach was a dream come true. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

Best vacation ever! This was one of the most relaxing 10 days we have had in a long time. Beautiful house and gorgeous view. (Matt) We were pinching ourselves the entire trip because of how beautiful this place is. Your family is absolutely the greatest. We will see you next year! We fell in love with Laguna Beach! Your perfect home with its fabulous views, excellent people watching, balconies and idealic sounds of waves crashing made for an excellent vacation. The kids had a ball, but just as important the parents had of of R & R!! The girls loved the cute lifeguards at Victoria Beach and the boys loved their new found activity - skimboarding!! What can we say about this lovely place? Even my daughter who disliked CA is now converted to Laguna Beach, at least for vacations. Our week together as an extended, three generation family proved terrific - it's so hard to get nearly everyone together in one place at one time. Why the Owner Chose Laguna Beach:
This is our primary residence. We moved to Laguna in 1997 and knew we wanted to stay here. In 2000 we moved to Victoria Beach neighborhood and love this beach so we are here to stay. People who have stayed here enjoy the proximity to the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We enjoy being so close to the beach. We enjoy being close to local stores, about a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Laguna or by being right by Pacific Coast Highway we can take the trolley in the summer. We enjoy living here year round.
