Quaint Victoria Beach home just two years old with beautiful whitewater ocean and beach view from almost every room. A wrap around deck with patio table and lounge chairs to enjoy Catalina Island sunset views. Our home is approx. 100 yards to beautiful, sandy Victoria Beach where you can kayak, body surf, skim board,play volleyball, paddle tennis; access to our beach toys and equipment is a must (umbrellas, chairs, coolers, beach toys, water sports). Gated yard with ocean view and built-in barbeque with table and chairs, also a fire pit; enjoy the plunge pool/jacuzzi after the beach which can also be heated. Ping-Pong table and fun bar area in our 2-car garage. There is also room for parking in driveway. A minute walk up the street to catch the local summer trolley free of charge to downtown restaurants, galleries, Festival of Arts. Five minutes from the beautiful Montage Resort and Spa also to shopping and restaurants.
The main living area is very comfortable with an indoor/outdoor feel with hardwood floors (throughout house) as it opens up to a wrap around deck/patio. Seating at the main dining for up to 10 people. Kitchen has marble countertops and opens to the living room. Has seating at the counter for 4 people. Both kitchen and living room have beach, whitewater and Catalina Island view. Master bedroom has its own bathroom with claw foot bathtub and separate shower, double sinks. Downstairs has two bedrooms and one den which has a queen size murphy bed. The first bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and bathtub - this room has a trundle bed which can be converted to a queen size to sleep two. Second bedroom has a full size bed. Family room opens up to the yard with barbeque and fire pit - this is also the access to jacuzzi. Family room has large flat screen t.v. and access to many dvd's, cd's, playstation, , separate i-pod hook ups in each room. |
