This second floor Lake Erie Condo has a beautiful view of the Marina and West Harbor, which has direct access to Lake Erie. Cruise the lake with your boat and run to the famed Lake Erie Islands within minutes! Or, just enjoy the view and take the nearby Miller Ferry to South Bass Island, the home of Put-in Bay. Ferry fees are minimal for walk-on access and runs on the 1/2 hour during peak season. Rent a bike and spend the day on the Island and Put-In-Bay!
If fishing is your passion this is the Walleye Capital of the world. Many charter captains are available in the area. Inquire about a discount rate on a fishing charter or private tour of the Islands by boat, if you rent for a full week. Amusement parks abound with the world renowned Cedar Point Park approximately 30 minutes by car or boat!
This unit has a nice loft with a TV and VCR that the kids will just love as you enjoy the evening on the deck. The pool is just a short walk. Just strolling the docks in the evening can be treat after a long day at the amusement park! Many wineries are in the vicinity with the historical Mon-Ami winery only a mile up the road. This is an ideal unit and location for two couples or one couple with three small children. Maximum occupancy is 5.

Hello,
Our names are John and Donna and our permanent address is in Dayton, Ohio which is aproximately 3 hours away. This is our second home and our only rental located in this beautiful area of Ohio. One day, we will make it our permanent summer home, as do many of our neighbors in this well kept quiet complex. Please review our website and do not hesitate to call if you have any questions!
Why the Owner Chose Catawba Island
We really enjoy the area as it has many attractions for us and our close friends to enjoy. We especially like taking our 28ft. Baha Cruiser to the Islands in search of adventure! Many of John's weekends are spent running charter fishing trips on this fanastic fishery. John is a licensed Charter Captain and plans on pursuing this as his second career during the retirement years. If your stay includes some fishing, be sure to ask John where the bite is hot!

The harborview condo was peaceful and relaxing. The place was immaculately clean, well-equipped and comfortable...couldn't have asked for more!

We loved staying at your condo for our vacation. The condo had everything we needed for our family of four. It was quiet, comfortable and had a nice view from the deck. Our boys loved fishing from the docks and the pool was great. We wished we could have stayed for another week!

We had a great time at your condo! It was a perfect size for us and our 2 kids. It was a great location for us to accomplish all the different things we wanted to do for the week...Kelley's Island, Put-in-bay, Port Clinton, Marblehead. I took the kids fishing off the pier everyday, we used the pool, and just relaxed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to plan a simple, relaxing, flexible vacation with their family.

This was truly one of the best vacations we've ever had. The condo was homey and roomy with a great view of the boats. The kids loved watching all the ducks. Our family had a great time at the condo, so great in fact that we looking to buy in the same complex. This unit is larger than most with a loft and the pictures do not do justice to the amount of room for a family to enjoy. Docks are available right outside the condo for boaters that bring their toys and the pool was great for the kids. We look forward to future stays in this unit or one of our own. Thanks to John and Donna for maintaining an "everything you need at your finger tips" unit, just bring your swimsuit and you're off to a great vacation.

We had a terrific time at this condo! Very warm and inviting home... you won't want to leave! Convienent if you want to get out and see attractions or dine. Quiet and relaxing if you want to stay on the deck and lounge or head to the pool just a few steps away. Have fun!

Excellent location and plenty of room for all. The loft is like having a second bedroom! The view from the deck was a real plus. Very relaxing just watching the boats in the harbor. The pool and hot tub were great for all especially the kids. I will be back again soon!
