The wonderful villa situated up on a little hill and surrounded by the typical cypresses and vineyards overlooks the whole valley of Florence-Prato-Pistoia and has a view of the Montalbano hills behind. It was built in 1570 for the family Rucellai as an important hunting lodge. The villa is divided in two apartments but can be rented only the whole villa during the High Season.

The large apartment has on the ground floor a big typical tuscan kitchen with fireplace (can be used), dishwasher, diningroom and big livingroom, bedroom with bunk bed for children and one bathroom. On the first floor is one bedroom with one single bed and the laundery. On the second floor are two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds (can be used also as double), two bathrooms.

One of the two bedrooms is ideal also for honeymoon holiday (fantastic bedroom with balcony and romantic panoramic view over the valley of Florence - you can see also the DUOMO ).

The small apartment has on the ground floor a small kitchen with diningroom, big livingroom, one double bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor is a lovely balcony overlooking the kitchen-diningroom area with sofabed, one bathroom, one bedroom with one single bed and on the second floor one double bedroom with bathroom. This villa is ideal also for weddings and honeymoon stay !

Outside around the villa is a big garden with various sitting places (barbecue available), parking for cars, the swimming pool is distance approx. 30 meters from the villa and overlooks the valley with fantastic panoramic view of the valley of Florence. Laying chairs, table and chairs for outside door dining nearby.
