The chalet was the perfect getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Great location. Beautiful acreage far up an elevation overlooking the Delaware. Well designed and maintained house (the reality exceeded the photos online). Scenic and easy drive from our home in NYC. The owner was helpful in the extreme. No question went unanswered. We have rented several vacation homes and all things factored, this was the best experience yet. We would highly recommend rafting on the Delaware and lunch in Narrowsburg. Our testimonial is this: We hope to return!

The photos of the Love Nest on the website look great, but it looks even better in person. The house was well-maintained, clean, and most important for a comfortable vacation, felt like home. We spent most of our time on the deck and using the grill, but the nice big windows on the entire back of the house let you enjoy the view from indoors as well. Finally, Keith went above and beyond as our host. He was friendly, professional, and very interested in making our vacation as enjoyable as possible. We have absolutely no complaints about our stay and would recommend this to others with no hesitation!! Thanks for a lovely getaway!

Beautiful Views from the Mountains

We could not have asked for a better getaway. The location is great- very secluded and quiet. We had two Black Bear sightings, which were surreal. Also, while rafting down the gorgeous Deleware River, we witnessed a Bald Eagle soaring through the sky and diving down into the River to snatch up a fish... IT WAS AWESOME. Keith is great!!!!!! Very caring and friendly, making sure everything was meeting our expectations. We will definitely be returning. If you are looking for a place in the Catskills and a view of all nature as to offer, the river, bears, bald eagles, dear, wild turkeys- This is the place for you!!!

my boyfriend and i stayed at the "love nest" over the 4th of july weekend and had a wonderful time. the house and the surrounding area are even more spectacular than in the photos. the house was immaculate and well appointed and we wanted for nothing during our time there. we particularly enjoyed spending time on the deck - grilling, sitting in the hot tub, and just admiring the view with a glass of wine. the floor to ceiling windows running the width of the house brought the outdoors in and the setting could not have been more beautiful or serene. the owners were wonderful hosts in absentia and very easy to work with. we hope to return in the fall!

My boyfriend and I had a very special weekend at this truly zen love nest. The view of the river from the deck is beautiful...particularly enjoyable while soaking in the hot tub. The house was clean, the kitchen had every necessary appliance and the bed was super comfortable. We had zero complaints! The massage table/room was extra fun too. Keith provided us with all of the necessary details we needed several days before our trip which added to our excitement. Highly recommend staying here. We plan on coming back again.

Our stay at The Zen Love Nest in February was amazing... The house was exactly, if not better than as pictured. We used every amenity the house had to offer. It was such a relaxing weekend...just what we needed midwinter. Sitting by the fireplace, the views of the river from the deck, the hot tub, massage room...it was truly a rejuvenating experience. The owners were very attentive and provided all necessary information. And as a matter of fact, I am writing this review from the house because since we loved it so much we came back in May. So far so good! Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful place with others.

Thank you Keith for being so hospitable and helpful. My friend and I had a fantastic couple of days at your home away from home! The house is ideal and all that it is described to be! Beds comfy, perfectly furnished and with such a modern, peaceful 'travelers' feel to it. As for the view and the surroundings - well if its beautiful nature you after, you have found the ideal spot. We would highly recommend it to anyone...even those I see on my return to Dubai! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us; it was perfect!

My wife and I were looking for a Peacefull Experience and that is exactly what we got when we stayed at the Zen Love Nest! Fabulous Views, Impeccably Maintained Home set way up on a mountainside overlooking the Upper Delaware River. We plan on making this place a repeat spot for the very foreseeable future for unwinding and pure nature enjoyment!

Gettaway Weekend

We had a great time at the Zen Love Nest. It was so nice to get away for the weekend and relax. We enjoyed watching TV, using the hot tub, cooking dinner, relaxing on the porch, canoeing, fishing, dinner out, scrapbooking, reading and of course the massage room (which was really neat). The house was clean upon arrival, well maintained, and there was even some food that they shared in the food. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. We enjoyed renting a canoe and paddling down the river and a trout farm, and heading out for ice cream. You could kind of hear/see the main road from the deck, which I hadn't anticipated, but didn't really bother us after initial surprise.

We spent 4 wonderful days at this remote (but well within great dining) home. It was everything the owners said it was. Great location, terriffic views, quiet. The hot tub under the stars was an unforgetable experience. We will, without a doubt, return in the near future. Worth every penny!!!
