We invite you to unwind and relax in our beautiful rustic cabin and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. This cabin was built in 2007, immaculate, with brand new furnishings. Although we are kid friendly we respectfully ask that you treat our home with tender loving care as we do. Our cabin will embrace you from the moment you enter the door-any time of year. Whether it's morning coffee on our porch that wraps around the entire cabin or savoring the sunset over the mountains and waiting for the wildlife to cross your path. If you are lucky, one or more mornings you will be wakened by the sounds of wild turkey which love to gather on the property. If that wasn't enough you can travel to the nearby Lake Lure beach on a sunny day or just cuddle in front of the fire on a winter night. While at the cabin you are only 7 to 10 miles from tubing on the Broad River, shopping in the charming villages of Chimney Rock. You can even take a narrated boat tour of Lake Lure, visit the Biltmore Estates, or play at the water park at Lake Lures Beach. There is also three golf courses for the golf enthusiast, or if hiking is more your style try climbing to the top of Chimney Rock and enjoy some of the most breathtaking views you have ever seen. Located between Asheville about 35 minutes away and Charlotte About 90 minutes, a flight to either of these airports gets you away from it all for a little rest and relaxation. A variety of restaurants are within a 15-25 minutes drive along with a grocery store if you would rather stay in and cook. If you decide to cook you will find a kitchen that is fully stocked with microwave, frig, stove, pots, pans, dishes, flat wear, and lots more, even a dishwasher to help with the clean up. Or if you are more the grilling type you will find a gas grill on the porch to help prepare your meals while enjoying the wildlife and the views. Upon arriving at the cabin you will find printed information to some of the local attractions along with a local map or directions to help navigate you to and from the cabin.
