Excellent Location, with easy access to slopes, free city bus and all that Steamboat offers. Walk over to the slopes (~500 Yards) and ski down to the Gondola, or the free city bus stops at our parking lot makes one more stop, and then is at the base of the Gondola. Either way you don't need to hassle with a car and parking once you are here!
Our fully furnished 3 bedroom unit is comfortably furnished with 3 queen sized beds, 2 full baths and a cozy living area with an excellent gas fireplace. The Hillsider complex has plenty of off-street parking, a nice pool area (summer) or hot tub (winter). There is also a shared laundry room (coin op). You should find everything you need in the kitchen for preparing meals and cooking. We also keep updated local attraction information in the condo to help you discover one of the best ski towns in the West.
No Smoking, No Pets.

Steamboat Springs is uniquely Colorado. It's a place of beauty, world class champagne powder skiing, friendly people, still holding it's Western ranching lifestyle and roots. If you want hustle, bustle, crowds and lift lines...Steamboat isn't for you. Summers offer hiking, riding, rodeo's and water sports. For us Steamboat is our get away, we can play hard here, and also relax here too.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Simple...easy access to everything for starters. Once we're at the condo we can leave the car parked. There's plenty of choices for recreation, and at the end of the day the condo is a great place for family and friends to gather around the fireplace and tell stories of the day's adventures.

The condo was in great shape and had everything we needed for a great weekend. The logistics of payment and check in/check out procedures were handled really well. I'd would definitely like to rent this condo again and would recommend it to anyone.

This has to be the best cared for and most completely equipped condo I have ever stayed in. Everything is fresh and up to date and the layout is perfect. We had 2 families in the condo for 3 nights and we all left with a great feeling! No hesitation to rent this one again and the cost was the best that we found. (I hope they do not raise the rent for that...) Better than expected for the price at Steamboat.

My high school girlfriends and I had an excellent time at your condo this Spring. Clean, comfortable and well furnished, the condo suited our needs for socializing and card playing very well! Even during "mud" season, we had a great time poking around downtown Steamboat, hiking to Fish Creek Falls and dining out. Thanks for providing a great place to stay at a reasonable price!

We had a wonderful summer get away in Steamboat. The condo was great! The kids had a blast at the pool and there was plenty of room for the eight of us. We can't wait to come back to Dos Pablos next year.

January 08 - I had the pleasure of staying at this property earlier this season. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean. We had 22 inches of fresh powder to start the day and another 10 inches accumulated for fantastic skiing on the following day. This property had all the comforts of home. I enjoyed being able to walk to the gondola and avoiding the need to search for parking. My experience during this stay prompted me to reserve the same unit for another stay later this season. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for convenience and comfort at a reasonable price. Please don’t change a thing. Best regards,Marvin Strom
