Master has King bed, 2nd & 3rd beds have queens, 4th bedroom has 2 twins, and den downstairs has a sleeper sofa and full bath to double
as a 5th bedroom. Huge master bath has jacuzzi and two person shower. Kitchen is bigger than most restaurants' and there is both a formal
dining area and breakfast area.

Exclusive Kona Bay Estates neighborhood has manned guard shack at gate, Fortune 500 neighbors, and convenient access to downtown and Old Airport Park – playground, jogging paths, beach, basketball gym, Olympic pool.
