We very much enjoyed our short time at Serenity House. The house, the deck, the swim platform (no swimming in March - just sitting!) -- were all lovely. The owners were very accomodating and patient with answering questions before hand. Thank you for the opportunity. We very much plan to be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity House these past three days. What a treasure you have in your quaint little bungalow! Our porch time was enhanced by the symphony of sound from nature's chorus including geese honking, birds chirping, and squirrells chattering. The house was warm and welcoming with little "touches" to make us feel so very comfortable. It was almost like we were visiting a good friend! May the Lord bless you and your family.

We came to Serenity House for a long weekend get-away. And "serenity" is what we found. It is a beautiful house In a beautiul spot - and we were able to bring our doggie babies with us! We had a wonderful relaxing time and plan to come back again. Steve and Theresa, you are wonderful hosts. You have thought of everything anyone could ever need - and then some! Thanks for welcoming us so graciously. We look forward to coming back and bringing our friends! And Three Dog Night was awesome!

We were here for bachelorette party. We had a great time. The house is beautiful and was what everyone needed. Some of the girls want to make this a yearly thing. Next time we are bringing our fishing poles. Thanks again for everything. We had a blast.

Too short a trip! Thank you so much for your hospitality and use of your serene home. Riley cuaght a 16" catfish on her little dora rod and reel. We learned how to see spiders at night by ptuting flashlights on top of our heads and looking for their bright green eyes. Best wishes

Our family spent a wonderful week at The Serenity House fishing, boting, and water skiing. It was a great opportunity to visit with family. Thank you so much for your hospitality - we greatly appreciated the special touches in your home like Vernada magazine, popcorn, kitchenware, etc. We think you have the best location on Lake Catherine! It truly is tranquil and serene!

What a wonderful place to spend it! Diamond mining with the kids, the resort pool, fishing, a day at Magic Springs and Crystal Park, and Hot Springs all done in a week! Thank you very much for the use o your Serenity House and for your patience and kindess. When I started this week I had a bad head cold and lost my ability to speak. I was able to recover, enjoy vacation and regain my voice thanks to your kindness. I had a great Father's Day here yesterday too. Thanks agian for the use of this beautiful house. The place and lake were very nice. The geese are friendly, and came up to us by the dock. IF we made a fast move they hissed. It was very relaxing and fun to be here. Thanks for everything.

Lovely place on the water. We enjoyed the deck every night and the geese honking throughout the day. :) Our dog especially enjoyed the nature walks and all of the intersting smells. Hot Springs is a quaint town and everyone needs to experience the bathhouse. Thank you for all the little touches around Serenity House. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a great time at Serenity House. Great location, private dock and located in a cover off Lake Catherine so the kiddies can swim safely. The cove is shallow so it's cannon ball approved. The Holt's are wonderful hosts. Perfect get-away. Love it!! and Highly Recommend!! Cheaper than a hotel, bigger than a hotel, and the location is beautiful! Watching fireworks on the water was awesome and seeing deer walk through the yard was so cool. Diamond Head is now our second home, and there's no place like home.. Ted and Nancy Luther

We had a great, relaxing time at Serenity House. The water was still a bit cold for swimming but we saw lots of wildlife and spent quality time together as a family. We'll be back!

Enjoyed the nearby trails. The kids enjoyed the park and just being outdoors. Saw a fox and many turtles! The kids jumped in the lake twice, but did not stay in long. Maybe we should come back in July when the water is warm.

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. Our daughter-in-law and granson were visiting from California and Landen loved seeing the deer each day and also fishing from the dock. The house was spotless, well supplied, and decorated very nicely. The area was beautiful, peaceful and very relaxing. We would highly recommend the home and look forward to coming again soon.

I was impressed the moment I arrived. The soft music was playing, the arrival gift, the scenery/seclusion, and natural beauty abound. We enjoyed our boat dock and cookouts, and the peaceful lake. Thanks for sharing such warmth with us.

We were in need of some rest and relaxation So we decideed to take a vacation. We found a cabin near Hot Springs So we packed our children and things. The family met grandpa who came from his house Then there were 3 children, a dad and his spouse. The six of us, set out and made a good start The first thing we did was go to WalMart. We dug for crystals in the dirt and clay Then we hiked to a waterfall where we did play. We had fun fishing in the lake Many wonderful memories we did make. We sure appreciate the house on our stay Thank you is what we really want to say. Because when we went and where we did roam We came back to Serenity House where we felt at home!

Had some reservations about all the great reviews. Found that they were all correct. The owners and property manager were very accomadating and had everything in great shape. I would reccomend this property to anyone who wants a great place to stay that is in reach of the entire region of activities. Tom

What a beautiful place you have. I didn't realize how green it is in AR. We hope to visit again soon. We loaded our van with many extras, only to find out you already had it.

The house was exactly as it appeared on the internet. It was clean and well maintained. Our family loved the quiet neighborhood and to have the house sitting on the lake was a plus for us. It's perfect for any age group. My mother Mary (64) and my aunts, Willie (60) and Katie (57) who are all GREAT cooks, were very pleased with all of the extras in the kitchen.
