Welcome to our wonderful condo in Boardwalk. This custom decorated escape from reality is adorned in earth tones and deep colors throughout. It is complete with tile floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen, foyer, laundry room and bathrooms. Granite counter tops and tile accessories complete the kitchen, bar area and foyer.

The condo sleeps 6-8 with a memory foam king bed in the master, along with two double beds in the 2nd bedroom. The sofa unfolds to a queen sleeper bed. Conduct your business while away from home with Wireless Internet in the condo. DVD players are in each bedroom and family room. Full washer and dryer are in the laundry room. This place is on the 17th floor, which provides miles and miles of view of the gulf and the sugar white sands of the beach. You won't be disappointed!

Spend your day at the beachside pool and enjoy drinks, sandwiches and the game at the poolside Tiki Bar. The kids have plenty to do with a Kids' Club and water drenching pool mushroom. Banana Boats, Jet Skis and parachute rides are available beach side. Beach chairs can be rented daily or weekly. Once a week, at night in prime season, you can enjoy a big screen movie on the beach. Bring your popcorn and drinks! This is awesome!

You don't have to pass up on that workout while on vacation with the beach view Health Club complete with treadmills with personal flat screens and miscellaneous machines. Not all condos have access to the Health Club. This is an owner option to pay for the membership and it is included as an amenity to you.

Walk to Pineapple Willys for that awesome frozen cocktail or stroll to Spinnakers for a beachside dinner. Interested in Club LaVela? No need to drive, while it is only short walk two complexes east from BBR on the beach. Check out the new Pier Park just a few miles away with lots of shopping and Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville! You don't have to go to Destin anymore!

The parking garage provides extreme sun protection for your can in the heat of the summer.

If you have a large group and need more space, it is possible to additionally rent the condos on either side of this unit, if available. Please inquire for the details.

Minimum age for renters is 25 years old. No Pets. No smoking. Signed lease required. Security deposit of $300 required ($500 for Spring Breakers). Credit cards accepted through Paypal at 3% additional fee.

  • It was so refreshing to walk into a nice clean and well decorated condo for a change. When my wife first saw it she hugged my neck for finding us such a nice place to stay. The location was perfect for us as far as the places we like to shop and eat and eat and shop etc. This nice condo made suffering through the bad weather a lot easier. I highly recomend this condo, but keep it clean and nice because I plan to use it again.
