Artful Vail Village Condo – Close to children’s ski school and chairlift! Short walk to Ford Amphitheatre!

This condo was designed around the original artwork the owner bought while traveling in both Armenia and the Caribbean. It is beautifully painted and furnished. A nice cheery condo. I’m sure you’ll agree when I say it is warm, cozy and tasteful.
It has many features. It has a gas fireplace, dry sauna, wireless internet, 2 flat screen T.V.s, game area and games for children, sleeper sofa, airmattress, and 2 recliners, Queen sized bed in bedroom, ski locker just outside the condo, fully stocked kitchen (sorry, no dishwasher), nice private deck, and free parking for one car. Please note that the bathroom has a shower, but no tub. The shower has been freshly re-grouted the fall of 2011!
FREE Parking is provided for one car, just outside the condo. It is an assigned space above ground. Sorry no garage.
The condo is located IN Vail Village, just 1 1/2 blocks East of Bridge Street and an even shorter walk to the Golden Peak Chairlift & Children's Ski School (about a minute walk!). Vail Village is a lovely pedestrian-only Village. It is a scenic and romantic Village with an american-european flair. You'll love strolling through it's cobblestone streets to fine dinning, shopping and entertainment. This condo is located IN Vail Village.
A beautiful patio was built the summer of 2008 with direct access to Gore Creek in the summer and snow filled yard in the winter! It includes sliding glass doors in the living room and took all summer to build. It runs the entire lenght of the condo from the livingroom to the bedroom. It has brick pavers and a lovely patio table with 4 chairs. The patio is shaded and roomy. It also includes 4 steps up (paved with handrail)to the lovely, private back yard with lush grass and trees... and Gore Creek.
Children's Ski School and the Golden Peak Chairlift is a short walk away (about one block). Bridge Street and the center of Vail Village is also a short walk (about one and one half blocks). Convenient to all Vail has to offer, Starbucks, shopping, restaurants, ski & boot rental, Ford Alpine Gardens, Ford Amphitheatre, golf, bike rentals, fly fishing, kyaking, and any other activities you might be looking for. Vail Village is a pedestrian only Village, so no need to drive your car anywhere! What a luxury!
Any long term rentals during the ski season, are subject to the same nightly rates as advertised.

Why the Owner Chose Vail Trails East
Vail Village is a pedestrian only Village. Being a Pedestrian only Village many condos do not come with parking. This condo comes with free assigned parking for one car. The parking is located just outside the condo. Vail Trails East is only 1 and 1/2 blocks from Bridge Street, the "main" street in Vail Village. It is a nice quiet location near Golden Peak and very near the Golden Peak Chairlift. It is also very near Children's Ski School. The Chairlift and Ski School are only a 1 minute walk!

I have lived in Vail for the past 20 years. This makes it easy for me to maintain and keep an eye on the condo and it's wear and tear. The owner strives to keep things fresh and comfy. The location is fantastic!

Perfect perfect location for skiing. Nice size for 3 people. Easy walking distance to village center and ski lift. Nicely decorated, charming personable size. Very clean. Good parking area.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car.

The condo was clean and up to our expectation. And there is an on-ste sauna in the unit! although we didn't use it, I imagine it would be a great delight to people who do! The location was superb. We walked everywhere during our short stay. The designated outdoor parking is right outside of the condo, which was very convenient. Owner (Manager?) is very easy to communicate with. Great value. We will consider to stay here again.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

I've stayed in this condo a couple of times. The location is perfect: quiet but close to everything. The new deck is beautiful. The back patio backs to the banks of Gore Creek. It doesn't get prettier then this. The condo is clean, comfortable and well kept. When I'm lucky enough to return to Vail, I'll certainly stay here again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
