We purchased this as our own private vacation home. As the kids got older and activities increased, we were unable to spend as much time as we would like there. So we decided to make our home available to you! We keep it like its our own, not a rental!

The sunrises are spectacular right from master bedroom window or balcony. The beach is well kept and never crowded. So little traffic the kids can enjoy the streets for skateboarding and bike riding anytime!
