This modern and well appointed villa is located in the Sarasota/Bradenton area and is in a very private position in a peaceful golfing community. It is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful lakeside setting with preserved natural woodland at the rear.
The Sarasota/Bradenton area is renowned for its theaters and galleries, magnificent beaches, amazing choice of restaurants, and its great shopping.
Downtown Sarasota has picturesque shopping avenues, lined with palm trees, and offers theaters, clubs, up-market specialty shops, and a wealth of excellent places to eat. Nearby St Armands Circle is a unique shopping experience with stylish boutiques, upscale jewelery stores, gift shops, cafes and gourmet restaurants. Spend time in one of the nearby shopping malls, one of which is Prime Outlets at Ellenton, which has more than 130 stores with big-name designer clothes at bargain prices.
Of the many wonderful beaches to explore, Siesta Beach boasts the finest, whitest sand in the world. This along with the tennis courts, concession stand, picnic tables and playground for children, makes it the most popular beach of all.
Explore the unspoiled North Lido Beach, picnic under the tall pines, and watch the exotic birds – egrets, herons, osprey, ibis, pelicans and many more.
There are several state parks within easy reach, with nature trails, lakes and picnic areas. All around there is a fantastic variety of wildlife in beautiful natural surroundings.
The accommodation includes a formal dining area, a spacious open-plan living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a breakfast nook. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms – a twin and a double – and a second bathroom. Both the master bedroom and the double have direct access to the pool deck.

Outside is a solar-heated pool (28’ x 15’) which can also be gas heated at extra cost. The large pool deck has a covered area, with poolside table and chairs, and sun loungers.
The villa is integrated in a golfing community. The golf course is 18 holes and is one of a few in the area that is open to the public.
The villa is conveniently located about 2 miles from Interstate 75 which is the main link to Tampa Bay, St Petersburg, Busch Gardens (45 minutes drive) and the Disney attractions (90 minutes away via I4). The beautiful Gulf beaches are just 20-30 minutes drive away.
Travel to the villa is very straightforward. Apart from convenient access by road, the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is just 20 minutes away; Tampa International 40 minutes, Orlando airports about 2 hours and Miami airport about 4 hours away.

Our family stayed at this property this summer, and had a wonderful vacation. The home is located next to a lake. On the other side of the lake you can see the golf course. Behind the house is a nature preserve. The setting is truly amazing. The home itself was clean and very well-maintained. It is beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We had to have internet connection to stay in touch with our business and thought we would miss not having wi-fi, but using the hard-wired connection in the breakfast nook worked fine (the only drawback was being tethered to one location). The property owner is great. He was very responsive and answered our questions and concerns quickly and efficiently. It was truly a pleasure dealing with Dave as well as the staff at the management company that maintains the property. The Bradenton location is pretty central. We were about 15 minutes drive from Sarasota, which has nice restaurants, museum and cultural activities. Fifteen minutes in another direction took us to beautiful Anna Maria Island. Our vacation was all about taking a break from a hectic work environment. This home was so comfortable and serene that we hung out there for most of our vacation. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and quiet place to relax and unwind.
