If you want to be on a creek and love the feeling of being in the middle of the woods on a dirt road that dead ends(with few cars),while your actually a few minutes, to all activities, the Movie theater, and all shopping this is for you. It is also a mile from 187 which enters State land.
The cabin has a warm and inviting feeling with a large 30'x20' great room and open Kitchen. Very comfortable furniture. The bedrooms are all a good size with walk in closets. The Master Bedroom in the rear is full of windows and wonderful views
The views in the rear are beautiful and expansive. You can look across at Billy Creek and up the hill at Pine Trees. Since Billy Creek is State Land, the Property seems like several acres. There are only a couple of other homes on the road hence very little traffic.
The entire yard is fenced and there is a bunkhouse and a wood shed in the rear by the Creek. The shed is stocked with wood and the bunkhouse will soon be available.
