My home is walking distance to a beautiful downtown beach, the marina and a heated outdoor swimming pool as well as a quick one-half mile to the town's impressive restaurants, coffee, shopping, golf course and bike/moped/kayak rentals. But my large back yard makes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere!
I have three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a breezy living room/dining area with sliding glass doors leading to a very private one-quarter acre back yard with fire pit for bonfires under the Island's unparalleled starry nights. Spruce, oak and maples ringing the backyard make you feel like you're deep in the woods. A great and safe place for kids to run free!
Cozy furniture, backyard sun tanning, game playing and grilling, gorgeous sunsets make for a fun and memorable vacation stay. Plenty of parking. Perfect for two to three couples or a big family. Small family pets welcome with a deposit.

5.5% state tax and 6.5% town tax. 50% nonrefundable deposit
Oct-May $900 a month
No refunds if cancelled within 30 days of reservation. More then 30 days
$50 nonrefundable fee if rebooked. If no rebooking deposit is nonrefund.

Why the Owner Chose La Pointe
I've been coming to the island since 1979 when I was hired to play music at a local club. Back then there were only three bars, a marina, a golf course and an air strip. Over the past 30 years the island has grown so much. There are artists, musicians, actors, theater, book clubs, art galleries, great restaurants, and so much more. I am so grateful to call this place my home.
The Unique Benefits of this House
My house is close to town, very cozy, in a neighborhood but still very very private. It has great energy, lots of sun and sunsets. You will love it here.
