This is an elegant 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3 car garage and private heated pool vacation rental home available year round. It has 2600 square feet of living space with a large family/entertainment room, large livingroom with view of the backyard, a second floor loft opening to a beautiful terrace with view to the street.
The beautiful backyard has a Laguna shape heated swimming pool, patio furniture and professional 16000 BTU BBQ grill. The house has been furnished and decorated with quality furnishing, paintings and home accents. The kitchen has anything a chef would need and a large formal table and chairs in the dining room invite you to a black tie dinner. The house is equipped with three large LCD HD TVs (all are 1080P image quality), DVD player, wireless internet connection, cable and phone with free long distance. A spacious laundry room is equipped with brand new washer and dryer.
The bathrooms are provided with hotel quality towels, toiletries, even tooth paste. Extra linens, airbeds, pillows and blankets are also provided. The house can sleep comfortably 10 to 12 people. The masterbedroom has a king size bed with full memory foam mattress. The other 3 bedrooms have queen size beds with 18 inch memory foam pillow top mattresses. Two additional queen size raised airbeds have been added for your convenience.
