The weather in Punta Banda is similar to Southern California. Enjoy a wonderful days walk on the beach. Take a few minutes in the morning, grab a cup of coffee and watch the sea life on the pristine beach. As you walk along the beach you will feel and see the steam rising from the sand, they are the Punta Banda's hot sulfur springs. People come from all around for the therapeutic affects of the hots springs.
Just a short drive up the senic road, you will find one of the wonders of the world La Bufadora. And what the locals call our "mall". With plenty of fun, food, drinks and lots of shopping with the colorful local vendors.
Nearby Ensenada has a wonderful selection of food with the added infusion of the worlds finest flavors at our local restaurants. Ensenada also offers cultural, museums and art galleries.
Ensenada is the Port of Call for several cruise ships twice weekly making the town more festive. Houssong's Cantina is just one of the many lively spots in this city that is always ready for a fiesta!
A day trip to the Valle de Guadalupe, approx. 1 1/2 hours away, is host to wineries, many offering tours and tastings. In my exploring of the Guadalupe Valley was finding this quaint restaurant in the middle of a nursery. They offer a Sunday Brunch.
Many Sport-fishing charters available, some 5 minutes away with local guides. Departing from Punta Banda Bay to the open sea.
