  • This property is very luxurious with an incredible ocean view and situated in front of an immaculate beach. The complex is located walking distance to nightclubs and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

  • The stay in this property was great. It accommodated a fairly large group of us (12) and it worked out very well. We were in the middle of it all and walked to the majority of our destinations. Having a full kitchen, utility room, and many bathrooms makes a big difference for large groups. I would definitely recommend.

  • The condo was beautiful and just as described on the website. Great location right across from Senor Frogs, which was a great starting point for the night. Other reviews for this building said noise was a problem from Senor Frogs, but this location was on the 12th floor and noise was not an issue. Richard was very helpful in providing advice on places to go and things to do. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and I am looking forward to staying here sometime in the future.

  • This condo is very good for a large family gathering, which was what we did. The living room, dining room, and open balcony give family members a chance get together and talk, something you can not do in individual hotel rooms. The condo is quite new so everything is modern and clean. The audio video equipment could use an upgrade for condos of this level, though. As far as the view and the weather, what can I say that haven't already been said. It is Cancun after all.
