Wonderful unit and location! Our family of six wanted to stay in Oahu, but not in busy Wakiki. We found Ko Olina Villas to be a perfect fit. We arrived about 8:30pm and were greeted by Eric, who was very professional and helpful in showing and explaining the details of the unit. He also gave us several pages of suggested shopping, eating and sigh seeing locations. The unit itself is a very nice three bedroom unit with a dining table that seats eight. Really there is everything you need and more than you expect. The location is on the West side and very close to Costco, Down to Earth grocery, really convenient! Daily swimming in the pool and lagoon was terrific, we saw lots of fish and turtles. If you are facing the ocean, the turtles seemed to hang out were the ocean enters the lagoon. We also saw a mongoose, a first for us. You will receive rfid keys that let you into the building and through the pool gates and back into the property from the beach, so you feel secure. There is a covered parking space located for your car, which is close to the unit and keeps your car out of the sun. There were beach chairs, floaty things, a few sets of mask and snorkel, beach mats etc. Even car wash, which we didn't use but if we were there longer, would have, the salt air tends to put a coat on the car windows. My wife an I and four children, 18. 17, 12 and 11 enjoyed the three bath rooms, private master plenty. The balcony faces an open field, and you can see the water, not a water front location, but no rooms across looking into your room either. I will stop there, really had a great time and would rent the same unit again without any hesitation.

First off, let me just say that Damian, the owner of the villa, was absolutely AWESOME to deal with! I was a little hesitant at first, as I've never dealt with an individual owner via the internet. Damian, however, assuaged all my fears. If he didn't answer a phone call, he would call back as soon as he was able to. All correspondance was replied to quickly. He answered all my questions, gave me tons of great tourist tips about the area, and was sincerely helpful. I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with anyone nicer! The location is amazing - the lagoons are semi-private and NEVER crowded. There were maybe a maximum of 40-50 people down there at any given time. There were tons of beach supplies in one of the closets at the villa - everything needed for a day at the lagoon. There were even two sea turtles living in the lagoon! I took a walk almost every day around the lagoons or the other hotels in the area, and felt completely safe at all times. We were also close to multiple convenience stores - though far enough as to feel we were really "getting away from it all." The villa itself was exactly as portrayed! Anything we could have needed was supplied - if it wasn't at the villa, we were told exactly where we could go to get it. My husband and I stayed here with our two grown kids, one of their spouses, and two grandkids. There was plenty of space for all, and plenty of privacy. All in all, this truly was an amazing experience, and one I would gladly do over again. I would definitely deal with Damian again, and I would definitely stay in the villas at Ko Olina. As one of the natives said, "Ko Olina is one of the best kept secrets in Hawaii." Personally, I'd have to agree. Thanks and aloha!
Owner response:Dear Carol, Thank you for sharing. It always makes us feel good when we hear what a great time our guests had. We are actually staying in our condo now...but it is our last day. It is always sad for us when we have to leave. Your reivew says it so well. Hopefully we will see you again. We also have condos in North Myrtle Beach and Galveston Texas....but nothing beats Hawaii for a beach get away. All the Best, Damian And Anna Marie

Fabulous! Very roomy for 6 of us and a stellar kitchen surrounded by an open living room and dining room. The attention to detail was amazing! The large patio was quiet and peaceful and you could watch the sun rise and set!! The pools were beautiful, the beach magnificent..just a few steps away! Worth every penny! I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to going back. Thank you and Mahalo for such a memorable and wonderful stay at your beautiful home.
Owner response:We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay. It is a good feeling when we know we made your trip memorable. We look forward to your next visit. Thank you for being our guest, Damian

We heard about your condo through a friend at work. She spoke very highly about her experience. She sent me the link and the pictures of the condo and lagoons were beautiful. It wasn't until we arrived that we realized that the condo and the lagoons in Ko Olina were even more beautiful than the pictures themselves. The condo was fully equipped with everything we wanted. The salt water pool was my favorite, and the lagoons were crystal clear. We even got to swim with a giant sea turtle in Lagoon 2. I was most impressed with how well the property is maintained. I love to cook so the gourmet kitchen equipped with Wolf and Sub Zero appliances were a definate plus! Thanks for the amazing experience. Looking forward to coming back and staying at your place again, Eva and Quentin
Owner response:We are glad to hear that we/Ko Olina exceeded your expectations. Anna tries to keep everything top notch. Right down to the pots and pans. It looks like it was put to good use. We often say the pictures just do not do it justice and you have to go there. Some people do not believe it until they get there. The turtles in lagoon 2 are great. There is a family of three that hangs around there. Look forward to seeing you again. All the best, Damian & Anna Marie

Beautiful 3 BR unit in perfect condition. Lagoon and beach area very nice for children. Pools at the facility are beautiful. Costco nearby for great deals on food and supplies--excellent fresh fish that can be grilled out by the pool. A perfect vacation spot. Ko Olina is absolutely a gorgeous area, and a great base from which to explore Oahu.

When i need to relax, I close my eyes and focus on the wonderful time I had in Hawaii. What an incredible vacation... it was a perfect 2 weeks! While being in such a tropical paradise would have been enough, your condo put it over the top. It was like staying in a luxury resort with all the comfort and privacy of being home. The unit was tastefully decorated, spacious and centrally located. The view from the terrace was a perfect place to read, eat, drink coffee and peacefully watch the sun come up or have a cocktail in the evening. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen included state of the art appliances...perfectly stocked for cooking. Not only did it include every cooking utensil but many thoughtful essential cooking ingredients such as spices, coffee filters and cleaning products. Sunning at the private beach or poolside were equally relaxing and beautiful. The location of the unit afforded an ocean view but with total privacy. The 3rd floor location provided quick access to the pool, beach, exercise room and other amenities. It was difficult to distinguish guests from other condo owners because all were "at home". The facility was never crowded like most hotels or other rental vacation spots. I have recommended your condo to others looking for the perfect vacation. It is equally accomodating for a family vacation or couple. I am already planning my next vacation.

Owner response:I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Ko Olina is truely an escape. You now have an alternative that keeps you close to all the activities yet the seclusion offered by this gated resort. With shopping only 5 minutes away yet it seems like a different world once you enter the resort. We are always happy to hear that the kitchen and Villa met your needs. Anna Marie always looks for ways to improve what we have in the kitchen and wants to make sure that you have everything you could need. It is also our home away from home and we figured our guests will enjoy the same things we love. Please come again! Damian

Our family just got back from our Hawaiian family vacation yesterday and could not think of one negative thing to say about our stay! I've been to Oahu in the past but regrettably stayed in Waikiki. After staying in this condo, I would never ever stay anywhere else. This condo was amazing! The rooms were spacious for the 8 of us. The three bdrms/three full baths were clean and spacious. The master suite also slept my sister, her husband, and 2 kids well (not sure how they all slept in that king size bed, but they did...hehe). The kitchen was everything you would want in a kitchen at home- "wolf" range, dual dishwasher, sub zero fridge and large sink. The balcony was large and faced an open field with a view of the ocean...absolutely quiet!!! The condo also had 4 boogie boards, kids and adult snorkel set, styrofoam coolers, sand toys and floaties-which was perfect because we were traveling with kids. The amenities of the villa was great. Although we didn't have access to the fitness room, the lap pool and the board walk was plenty enough to stay active during our trip. The kids pool was great for families and the poolside grills were always available ("Wolf" BBQ grills by the way). I've never felt so safe leaving my bags and gear by the pool or by the lagoon. There were gate entrances everywhere and security was great. Even though the public does have access to the lagoon outside the Villa, the beach was never really crowded and still felt safe and very clean. Snorkeling in the lagoon directly outside of the villa is a must! There were alot of fish and we also saw sea turtles!! There are only two other hotels close to the Villas, with the Disney resort being the fourth large hotel in Ko Olina, which is great because you know that there will not be a bunch of crowds. Lastly, the owner of the condo (Damien) was more than helpful with the whole booking process. He made the transfer of payments super easy too. He responded to emails right away and was honest every step of the way. I was a bit hesitant booking online with an owner I've never met, but Damien eased those worries. He even emailed a bunch of places to see, eat and shop so that we would be organized once we got to the condo. What can I say...from a girl who has always vacationed in resorts in the Carribean, I think I've become a Ko Olina convert!!!!!
Owner response:Anna, We are happy you were able to put everything to good use and that you had a great stay. Ko Olina truly combines so many wonderful things you just can not beat it. From perfect uncrowded beachs....yes on Oahu, to being close to all the action. From Costco literally around the corner, or a short drive to Waikiki and even the North Shore. Yet when you drive through the gate everything slows down a bit. You can feel secure and relaxed. I often say that it is one of the best kept secrets in the islands. There is a reason that Disney decided to invest and build their own resort here. We hope to see you in the future and thanks for being our guest. All the Best, Damian

We had a wonderful time staying in Damian's unit. The condo is beautiful and spacious! The three bedroom and 3 full bathroom set up worked really well for our large group. The kitchen is well-stocked with a lot of those pantry staples e.g. spices, olive oil, etc. so that was very convenient. In fact, we contributed some imported beers and left them in the wine fridge for the next group to enjoy! There is a Pack and Play, a booster chair, and kids' cutlery in the unit so that was perfect for our 16 month old. Our toddlers had a grand time going to the secluded beach every morning to play (with the many beach toys that are available in the hall closet). The town of Kapolei is nearby (only 10 min drive away) and very convenient for restaurants and also stopping into Costco for picking up reasonably priced groceries. The Waikele Premium Outlets is also fairly close by to satisfy our shopping fixes! Damian made the rental process so easy and our deposit was returned in a timely fashion. Even when our airline rescheduled our flights at the last minute, Damian was extremely accomodating and was able to shift our booking, thankfully. Also, Eric Binger is the contact person in the area and he was very helpful and professional. We could not stop raving about staying here! We would definitely stay here again and have already referred a friend who wil be staying in Damian's unit in April 2011.
Owner response:We are glad that everything worked out. We actually had a few of those beers when we got here thanks very much! Thank you for the referral and we look forward to having them as guests soon. We are here again escaping the winter storms on the east coast for a week for our annual board meeting. Hope to see you again! Damian

Damian is so nice and a pleasure to work with. He answered all our questions promptly and he makes us feel welcome at his place. Eric was very nice and professional in showing us the unit. The beds are very comfortable. We usually have a hard time sleeping at other places but at this place we slept well and woke up ready for another day. Everything in the place is high end, clean and beautiful. The unit is spacious and the table by the lanai is nice, we spent most of our time there. The kids loved all the pools and the lagoon is so clear. We had a wonderful vacation, this is our third time in Hawaii and we can say this is the best place to stay in Hawaii. We will definitely come back at this place hoping to stay 2 weeks instead of just 1 week and We are already recommending your place to friends and families planning to go to Hawaii. Thank for everything Damian .
Owner response:Brian & Lilibeth, We are very happy that you enjoyed your stay. It is always good to hear that. We have almost every meal out on Lanai as well when we stay there. Before we had this place I wish there was something like it for us to stay. Everytime we go back there are improvments in Ko Olina. I think with Disney building their new resort Aulani in Ko olina that more people will discover our private hidaway in Hawaii. Let us know when you are ready for another stay. Mahalo for being our guests! Damian

We just got back from an eight day trip to Ko'Olina and we couldn't be happier to have stayed here. We were doing a family vacation with six adults and one toddler and the condo was PERFECT! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and all the furnishings are fantastic and beautiful and the place is so kid-friendly! All the appliances can "lock" so any button pushing is rendered useless by the little ones. They even have kid utensils, plastic plates, beach toys and the pack n play came in handy for the kiddo! No need to spend $$$ on rentals for munchkin! While there, we decided to buy a high chair/booster seat so we wouldn't have to rent that either and we left it there at the condo for future renters. Damian, the owner, is seriously the nicest and most accommodating owner I have ever dealt with for vacation rentals. Our original flight to Oahu was canceled, and we could not get on a flight until 24 hours later, plus our returning flight had to be pushed out two additional days. Damian was so understanding and was so flexible with our schedule. Really a great guy. The unit is on the outside of the building so it was away from the noise of the lap pool and was very private, a real plus for us. Plus, parking is super close to the unit, just an elevator ride up, and the pool and lagoon are a two minute walk from the unit. Really fantastic and very relaxing. The kiddie pool was a great way to get our toddler to "enjoy" the water, and the lagoon was very relaxing, not crowded at all. If we make another trip out to Oahu, no doubt we'd stay here again!
Owner response:Cheryl I am glad that everything worked out for you and that we were able to work with your flight schedules. We know how stressfull traveling can be and we want you to have a true escape when you get here. We try and put as much as we can in the Villa to make it easy. Thanks for the Booster chair! I am glad you got good use out of what we have in the condo. We hope that you will be our guests in the future. Aloha, Damian

We just returned from a fantastic week in Damian's 2nd floor unit at the Ko Olina Beach Villa Resort. Since we all know from other reviews that the resort and the villas are wonderful, I’m going to focus my review on what was great about and unique to Damian’s unit. (I was able to compare our unit with the unit my in-laws rented on the 7th floor.) We had two families with young children staying at Damian’s place (kids ages 1, 4, & 7). First of all, I was nervous about renting a place over the internet (my 1st time). I was instantly put at ease by Damian's prompt and thorough responses to my inquiries, as well as his great reviews. He has the relaxed confidence of someone with experience renting out places. Some owners seem more nervous and uptight (I'd worry about losing the security deposit over fingerprints on the fridge!). Second, Damian has a local, Eric Binger, taking care of the unit. Eric greeted us when we got to Ko Olina, helped us check in, and gave us a brief tour of the place. He was very attentive and instructed us to contact him if we had any issues. We really appreciated that Damian went the extra mile to make us feel at ease. Third, while all the units have amazing, state-of-the-art kitchens, not all of them have a large (indoor) dining table around which to enjoy family dinners. We cooked in almost every meal (easier than dining out with young kids) and really appreciated that table (seats 8!). Groceries were easy to get at Costco and Safeway (<10 minutes away) and Damian’s kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed (even a rice cooker!). There were lots of spices in the spice drawer, and staples in the fridge (butter, mustard, ketchup, mayo, etc.). My in-laws’ kitchen was not as well stocked. Fourth, Damian’s hall closet holds a treasure trove of beach paraphernalia: chairs, sand toys, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, life vests, and more. We raided this closet daily. The 7th floor unit had nothing (by choice -- the owner didn't want to promote bringing sand in). Lastly, the unit is peaceful and quiet. While it may not have spectacular views of the ocean, it has NO noise from the pool area or the Disney construction on the other side of the resort. The resort and Damian's unit were really perfect for our families. There's a pack ‘n play that the baby slept in. Wireless worked great -- printer, too! Got our deposit back within a week of our return. Highly recommended. Thank you, Damian!
Owner response:Cheryl, Thank you for being our guest and for the review. My wife will be happy to hear you liked how the kitchen was stocked. This is one of her issues when we stay at someone elses condo or time share and not being able to find a wine bottle opener or the right pot. When the internet is supposed to make things easier, sometimes when traveling to the otherside of the globe travelers need reassurance they will get what they paid for. Your comments help others be comfortable and us to improve our Villa to make it more comfortable. We hope that you do come back in the future. All the best and warmest Aloha Damian & Anna Marie

We stayed at this beach villa for ten amazing days. First of all, the owner, Damian, was so great to work with. He quickly responded to our inquiry and provided us with helpful information about the Ko Olina area. When we arrived, the beauty and cleanliness of the villa surpassed the quality of all the other places we have stayed at. We had amazing views from our lanai. We were steps to the beaches and pools. We are a family of six and found the accomodations perfect. The master bedroom is on the other side of the villa away from where our four teenagers were sleeping. We used the BBQ's at the pool to prepare several of our meals which we always ate out on the lanai. We took Damian's advice and shopped at the nearby Costco which was so convenient. We rented surfboards and caught waves at nearby White Plains Beach. We also took advantage of the walking path along the four lagoons and enjoyed beautiful jogs along the beach. We went to Waikiki to shop and enjoyed the fact that it was only a 30 minute drive away. We enjoyed being in the tranquil environment of Ko Olina, but were grateful that we could sightsee and never drive more than 45 minutes to get anywhere on the island. We highly recommend the North Shore with its pristine beaches and laid back vibe. By far, this was the best vacation rental by owner we have ever experienced, and we have been doing this for several years. Damian was a total pleasure to work with and we will return to his property again (next time without the kids!!!)
Owner response:We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our Villa and Ko Olina. All to often I hear people say they would never stay in Oahu. I tell them they have never stayed at Ko Olina which gives you the feeling of being on the outer islands with all the advantages of everything else to do close by! from Waikiki...which I would never really stay at to the North shore all an easy drive. I should have mentioned the Shark Cage swim on the north shore ...your teenagers would have loved it....may be next time. Costco is a blessing...if you forget something it is so close or you can grab shashimi or poke for a lunch. You just can not beat the location....a world away yet close to every thing you need especially with a family. By next year there will be more choices for stores and restaurants all with in walking distance. Especially when Disney opens the Aulani in August 2011. There are times when we go and never leave the resort anymore...unless we have guests or to visit the many friends we have made there over the years. Thanks for being our Guests, Aloha Damian & Anna Marie

We have stayed all over the island of Oahu and this Condo is by far the best ever. Very spacious, comfortable accomodations with everything you could ever need. The owners are excellent to work with and provide everything to make your vacation fun and easy. We never had to leave the property with the two large beautiful pools and private beach access to four lagoons. It is also within walking distance of world class golf. Pictures are not able to show the beauty of the property or the elegance of the condo. We plan on returning to Oahu and won't settle for staying anywhere else, this propery has it all.

Perfect location for a hawaiian vacation. We have stayed all over Oahu and this was by far the best as far as accomodations, location, convenience and things to do. The condo is superior to other accomodations, very spacious room for everyone with every amenity you could think of. Extremely quiet with a beautiful lanai for meals and just enjoying the sunshine. Owners were excellent to work with and provided us with great service. Location was perfect on the second floor, close to the pools and workout facility. Great for families to enjoy the pools and beaches, and walking distance to the Ko Olina golf course. We spent the entire week at the condo, never had any reason to leave the property and were occupied and very happy the entire time. We will return and stay in the same location. It has it all!!!
Owner response:Thank you very much...We feel the same about Ko Olina Beach Villas and we look forward to seeing you again! Damian

It can be a little scary renting a condo online, but our family of 12 decided to try Ko Olina Beach Villas for our family reunion this year and we are so glad we did. The condo AND property exceeded ALL of our expectations and we are planning our return! This condo was the favorite of the two. Not only for it's beautiful furnishings and amenities, but also because the owner, Damian, made the entire process so easy! He had Eric meet us at check-in to help orientate us to the condo and property. We also discovered that the Ocean Tower was by no means secondary to the condo we rented in the Beach Tower. The two towers are a very short distance apart and both have close and easy access to the pools and beach lagoon. The floor plan is such that, even with 10 or 12 of us gathering together in the evenings, we never felt cramped. The kitchen with top of the line appliances and a large island and bar is a dream and situated so that many can gather around to visit or help the cook! The balcony is larger than it appears in photos and its large table and chairs added even more room and brought the wonderful outdoors in. We found the floor plan not only roomy, but it also allowed much privacy with each bedroom having it's "own" bathroom. The beds very comfortable as well. Ko Olina Beach Villas fabulous pools, spas, fitness room, Koi ponds and landscaping rival 5-star resorts. The bbq's, which we used several nights, were very handy. The lagoon in front of the property is great for taking swims or for young children. Knowing there was on-site security along with secure buildings was another bonus, Our family (in a large rented van) took many day trips that we found worth sharing. Everyone's favorite was the Hawaiian Fire Surf School providing surf lessons at great uncroweed and safe beach nearby. We also enjoyed our hike to the top of Diamond Head - what a view! The ATV rental a Kualoa Ranch was lots of fun. And, the beautiful course at the Ko Olina Golf club was a big hit by the golfers in our group - and it is literaly across the street from the condos. Of course, Pearl Harbor and the Arizona Memorial should not to be missed. As for restaurants, nearby Roy's was fabulous - and accommodated our big group. Everyone raved about their meal. We also liked the sidewalk cafe at the Marriott timeshares next door and Outback is always good. Lastly, we stocked up on food AND snorkel equipment at the Costco just about three miles away.
Owner response:We are happy you enjoyed your stay ! We hope that we will see you again in the future. Damian

This is by far the nicest place we've stayed. The grounds are exceptionally manicured with koi ponds, lush gardens and beautiful structures. The pictures don't do the pools justice. The lagoon has three sea turtles living in it and is a great place to snorkel. The area is very private and the staff is helpful and friendly. The villa itself has a great lay out, it's very open and tastefully decorated. Two of the bathrooms have deep spa like soaking tubs. The kitchen is fabulous and it feels clean and new. The balcony is facing an open field and the ocean can be seen in the distance from it. The location is perfect because it allows privacy while being close to golf courses and fine dining. In addition, it's a short drive to grocery stores, diners and a Costco.

The villa was wonderful - exactly as the pictures showed! We could not believe how spacious the unit was which was great for our four children! We spent lots of time at the pool and the beach and loved being able to cook at home or walk down the beach to the outdoor restaurants nearby. Damian was very responsive and flexible. We would definitely recommend staying in this unit!

From the minute we arrived at Ko Olina, we knew we had made the right choice! We were greeted and treated impeccably by every one on staff, not only on the first day, but all 8 days of our amazing and unforgettable stay. The villa was beautiful in all ways - clean, spacious, luxurious, comfortable and fully equipped. On site we had beautiful pools, fitness center, outdoor bar, jacuzzi, grills (which we used more than once!), you name it. The concierge even contacted a masseuse that comes on site and gives the best massage one could ask for - 5 of us had the pleasure of experiencing Sharon's skills, at an affordable price no less! Less than minutes away (even tho' we did not want to ever leave our lagoon and villa!) we enjoyed the water park, were able to shop for all of our needs (Costco, Safeway), restaurants, etc. Sightseeing to other parts of the island is easily accessible. From the owner's attention at any time of day or night if you need it, to the cleaning crew's goodbye on the last day, a simply wonderful way to celebrate a birthday with a family of all ages, and have the best vacation in quite some time. We will be back! Allan, Liz, Gabbi, Jarod, Stephanie, James and Raphael.

We had a great time at this beautiful place. It was all we expected and more. The condo was very nice and luxurious. The grounds and beach area were spectacular. Location was very convenient: close to Costco, Safeway, and outlet Mall, and was the sunniest part of the Island. We definitely would like to go back.

When we vacation it most often involves renting a private home or high-end condo. This unit at Ko Olina was exactly perfect for the two of us, our 3 year old son, and nanny. The owners have every little detail accounted for and offer a first class experience. Everything was better than represented and the unit was spotless and perfectly appointed. Without a doubt, this is the only unit we would recommend.
Owner response:It always makes us great to receive a review like that from Chris and Stacey. We look for ways to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Not just the condo but on the resort, shopping and things to do. This is one of our favorite places and hope that others will feel the same!

This 3 bedroom luxury condo is precisely as advertised. High end appliances, luxury fitness center, pools, beautiful gardens and water features. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Oahu. We stayed for the month of Feb. 2009 and cannot imagine staying anywhere else after this experience. You will not be disappointed with this complex and it is right on the beach! Peter Williams, Kingston, Ontario, Canada
Owner response:Thanks Peter!

Ok it is time for my own comments. Yes as an owner I do try and stay at my place. We also try and make changes that people ask for or when they make recommendations. First we added a pack and play crib. so if you need one and do not wish to carry one just request it and we will have it placed in the room. We have limited space so we could not do a full crib...and the rentals were very expensive. There was a request to add more lighting. So we did. We moved the fan from the dining room to the living area and added a lighting kit. We then put a chandalier over the dining room table. I have to say it did make a huge difference. We did two things that you may want to try. First both my oldest son and I are divers. My wife, daughter and youngest son are not. I wanted them to experience Diving. My daughter and youngest also want to get certified. We have been diving with hawaiian Nautical hawaiinautical dot com or 808-234-7245 Great crew, great boat, rarely crowded and RIGHT THERE in Ko Olina at the marina. We spoke to them and they have Discovery dives...for uncertified divers. Long and the short of it we all had a Great time. Chris was great for even getting my wife in the water...beach person but not a water person...and down 30 feet! Also their equipment was all good not junky like some other places we have gone to. The other thng we did was Shark Tours-North Shore Shark Adventures...ok yes we had to get up early because thats when the sharks feed and we made the drive up to Haleiwa on the north shore, about 35 mins. The crew was great. It is about a 15-20 min boat ride out 3 miles. and it was AWESOME!!! lots of sharks BIG ONES-6-10 feet and always 10-20 of them swimming around you in a cage..the kids LOVED it and then they got to show the pictures and brag to their friends...and yes my wife once again actually got into the water. 808-228-5900 is their number and their web site is sharktourshawaii dot com. Tell them that Damian Ameen, who booked them in January at Ko Olina sent you and ask if they can offer a special price....My guess is they will not remember us but will probably give you a better price. If you don't ask you will not get the better price it is worth the try.

Wow, what a great stay! Ko olina is a spectacular spot away from the hustle of Waikiki, yet close enough to enjoy those amenities if you desire. We spent most of our time with our two toddlers on the beach swimming in the ocean and making sandcastles. The resort also has two private pools which the kids enjoyed mixing up with the visits to the ocean. One pool even has a fine pebble bottom! This 3 bedroom condo is breathtaking with every high end convenience you can imagine. The unit is close to the pool and gym facility and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Damian, the owner of this condo is highly professional and forthcoming. He provided us with valuable information about the area including where to eat, where to shop which saved us a lot of money and time. We are looking forward to returning again!
Owner response:AAron Thank You Very Much! Next year will be even better when they open a Costco within 5 mins. I know everyone does not think of these things when traveling but it can make a huge difference. It does for us! Most people can not believe that you can have a beautiful private resort and yet all the convinence's that you could need close by. Even people that live on Oahu are amazed! Especially for those with families....at the rate that my boys eat...we need multiple trips to Costco! Stay warm up there and thanks again.

It was a pleasure staying here. We opened the lanai doors everyday and enjoyed the ocean breeze. The place is spacious and convenient. The bathtubs were deep and relaxing. My son enjoyed the pool and beach everyday. He also enjoyed watching Elmo videos on the large flat screen TV. There was a shopping center only a couple of miles away which was convenient for groceries. Best of all was the private beach lagoon only a 2 minute walk away and coffee bar close by for morning walks. There was also a great walking path along the beach. It was also nice having an assigned parking spot. This was so much more convenient than staying in a hotel, it really is the only way to vacation if you have a family or couples traveling together.

The condo is an excellent property in a nice and quiet part of oahu. There are many parking spots which was great as we were 3 couples with 3 cars. There are many swimming pools and the exercise room has a steam sauna and a dry sauna too.The condo itself is comfy and big.everything that we could need was there. The furnishing is very modern and in good taste.we would be definately going back there soon.we would just walk to the beach day or night and the best part are the lagoons which are just great for swimming and playing around!!we had a ball!!!

The villa is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. The decor inside is 5 star, and the kitchen is beautifully stocked for all kinds of culinary styles. We couldn't have asked for a more delightful place to stay. The owners answered all my questions, and then some, and were very detailed as I had several families to satisfy. I had never rented through the internet and was so pleased and happy with the help up front, the villa and all its comforts and beautiful style and appoinments, and the complex and location. Wonderful property.
Owner response:Thanks Lynda...you and your family are welcome back any time! We are glad you enjoyed it since we can not be there as often as we want! Damian
