PALAFITO is located in Governor’s Harbour on the beautiful island of Eleuthera, Bahamas. Set in a sub-tropical environment, Palafito is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, which boasts a light and airy interior including a spacious living/dining area. Amenities include cable TV, a fully-equipped kitchen, washing machine and ceiling fans throughout the house. One bedroom equipped with air-conditioning. Also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, etc.

Palafito has private access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas just 200 feet from the house. Rentals of Palafito are available from November through April. Palafito I rents for $1600 per week for 4 guests; $150 each additional person per week (maximum 6 guests). A $500 security refundable after inspection deposit is required in cash upon arrival.

There is also a private tennis court on the property (optional). Rate is $25 per hour, maximum 4 people on court at one time. Nonstreak tennis shoes rquired. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by adults over age 21.
