  Had a wonderful month long stay in Michael's condo. Location ...beautiful. Facilities...fabulous pool an beach palapas. Friendly residents. Security..right on! Condo well outfitted, clean, and spacious. Michael was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would recommend this to any family or friends. You will love it. Went to many restaurants nearby. Walked to Bucerias one day which we look at as a must do. Beautiful scenery and fun to do. We take a cab home though! Lots of restaurants on the beach there as well as a good market. We always go to Puerto Vallarta by bus several times to enjoy the Malecon , old town and just the good times. Usually very entertaining. This trip because of people we met at the condo we made a trip to several villages up the coast. Was a great day and worth the cost. Michael and Doreen, we enjoyed your condo very much. We enjoyed even just sitting on the large balcony, watching the ocean, or seeing turles come in to hatch eggs. Turtle viewing is so neat!. this was one of our best holidays ever!

  We have rented this condo in the last two years for a period of 5 weeks each year. Mike & Doreen are fantastic to deal with. We feel this condo is excellent in every way. The staff of the Ocean Terrace complex are very friendly and helpful. We feel that the condo is even better than the photos could indicate. When we return to Nuevo Vallarta we will come back to this condo. We highly recommend it.

  We enjoyed the O.T. palace from 10-3-10 to 10-17-10 and can't wait to go back. We have two boys, 7 & 10 and they loved it. O.T. is wonderful. This condo is perfect for a family. Close to everything and has all the modern conveniences of home. Very clean. Photos on line depict the property perfectly. The ocean is perfect for body surfing and boogey boarding. Not too rough. The property is beautiful, the staff even better. Fabiola rocks! She is very helpful! The restaurant next door, the SeaHorse is perfect for a nice breakfast, lunch by the pool and of course those fabulous Margaritas poolside! If you have a chance walk down the beach to the right about 100 yards and you can get a massage right on the sand! Perfect and reasonably priced. Riviera Grill right across street from the complex is wonderful. The food is great (especially the pasta from the Italian chef) and the staff even better. Again the margaritas are yummy! Tell Carlos we said Hello! You can't miss his smile! There is a small market in a white tent right on the main drag outside the complex to pick up odds and ends if you need something quick. Otherwise head on over to Sunset Market at Paradise Village, a short 10 minute walk south or a cab ride for 35 pesos! There is also a Walmart with groceries a 10 minute cab ride away. Costco is in town but well worth the trip if you are staying for awhile and want to stock up the place. If you get a chance head to town and go to Pipi's for lunch. Make sure to order a Cadillac Margarita.. it is one you will never forget! Overall this place is perfect! We will definately be back... can't wait for our next trip. Happy Vacation! ;-)

  My family and I stayed at this condo from June 2, 2010 through June 16, 2010 (Way too short!). We had a wonderful time. The property is very well secured and well maintained. This condo development is one of the best that I have stayed at in this area. The high-end design and amenities of this condo really made me feel right at home. On top of that, the ocean view from the well-sized terrace is amazing!! This place is right on the beach! The staff members at Ocean Terrace were very helpful and were able to assist us with most of our questions. There are plenty of activities and restaurants available in the area. I highly recommend Fajita Republic. If you like Tex-Mex, this is the place to go. This restaurant is located within a few minutes stroll of the condo. Also, if you are looking for a little adventure, I recommend Vallarta Adventures. The Las Caletas trip is excellent! Vallarta Adventures is located within a very short cab ride from this condo. For your convenience, Paradise Plaza Mall, which includes a grocery store, is also in walking distance. If you are considering going to Nuevo Vallarta you will not be disappointed in this place.

  Hi Michael and Doreen, We loved visiting your condo at Ocean Terrace’s Boutique beachfront location. The property is very well maintained and includes extremely helpful staff. We really enjoyed the long walks on the “almost continuous” beach only steps away from the condo. Ocean Terrace and the entire Banderas Bay has something for everyone. Victor Kiam of Remington said it the best “I liked the shaver so much, I bought the company”. In this case, we liked Ocean Terrace so much, we bought an identical Condo.Thanks for the memories and we hope to meet you in person soon.

  We’ve just arrived back home after a 6-week stay in Doreen and Michael’s lovely condo in Nuevo. We had a great time while there as Ocean Terrace is both a beautiful development and location. It was so nice and quiet and there was always lots of room at the pool and on the beachfront. It is also a very clean property with the staff constantly sweeping, washing, polishing and keeping everything spotless including the sand on the beachfront. While there, our little grandchildren visited and they absolutely loved playing in the children’s pool and digging in the sand on the beach. There is no shade at the pool (but talk of installing permanent tables and umbrellas in the future) so with a six month old the pool was a little tricky. Thankfully she wasn’t crawling yet so we were able to keep her entertained on a blanket under the palapas on the beach. Almost every night around 6:30 p.m. we would take our grandchildren down to the beach to be involved in the baby turtle releasing. They were absolutely thrilled with this and getting to hold these little turtles was definitely a highlight for them. We also enjoyed having the Seahorse Restaurant right beside us as it was always a fun spot to meet for breakfast, lunch or dinner and the staff was very friendly and helpful. As I’ve mentioned, Ocean Terrace is a great location and just a short walk away is Paradise Plaza. Along with good shopping, groceries and restaurants there is a two-storey children’s play feature which our grandchildren made good use of. It was a nice divergence after spending most of their day in the sun and water. All we are going to hear from them now is, “when are we going back to Ocean Terrace?” You need not have any hesitation about renting from Doreen and Michael as they were both so very accommodating and helpful to us and a pleasure to get to know through many shared e-mails. They truly own a little piece of paradise in Nuevo.

  "Dear Doreen and Michael, Your condo is absolutely gorgeous. The first thing that my family said as they entered it was , "Good Job, Mommy!" I loved all the tile, beautiful and practical in the marine climate. All of the rooms are so spacious and comfortable. The terrace also enhances the experience. We sat outside for many breakfasts and snacks. We also really enjoyed the location. It is so quiet, and the beach so secluded that it is truly relaxing. We hopped on the bus and went all over, so we did not feel isolated, either. A fabulous place, a lovely vacation and a reasonable cost. Who could ask for more? I miss it. Thank you so much for everything. And you can always use us for a reference if you'd like. Thanks again."

  "Hello Doreen and Michael, We had a wonderful time in your lovely condo. The location is perfect it's nice and quiet compared to Playa Royale. Manuel and the Sea Horse Restaurant are a real plus. We walked to the town of Bucerias (almost 2 hours) and only ran across a few beach-front eateries. Attached is a terrace photos if needed. We only had one issue upon arrival as there was no key for us available. The limited Sunday staff was somewhat confused but helpful. As seasoned Mexico travelers, we are accustomed to the laid back attitude. We hope to return." All the Best, Brian and Nancy

  "I think I caught up on my sleep now. We were so exhausted when we got home. Thanks again. You have a great place! We had a hard time getting there. All our flights were late. We were suppose to arrive at 1pm but didn't until 10pm. The next day we went to the mall and book 2 trips then went out to a restaurant. Friday we were up way too early for vacation to do the Pirate ship. We had a good time. Dad had to arm wrestle on the beach. You don't have much choice. You get dragged in the show. It was cute. Your kids are too old for that. Then we chilled out on the beach and ate at the Bahia del sol. Manuel was so nice. Jim kept saying he was "setting this up for ya" with Manuel. Those two became good friends. Saturday we went deep see fishing. We saw 21 whales,per Anna's count. By the way they loved the turtles. We rented the boat for 8 hours. We drove 1 hour out, fished for 45 mins and poor Sam and I just couldn't take anymore. Sam was throwing up from the sea sickness and we have very calm water. We did catch 18 Bonitas and a Mackrel in that 45 mins. We took the fish to Manuel. He was so excited to cook it for us. I'll attach the picture of the platter. He was so excited to get the egg sacs. He was telling us how expensive it is at other restaurants. He cooked one for Jim to try. Dad and Anna tried but it was Jim who ate it. We told Manuel to keep the rest. He cleaned the fish so there were no bones or skin. He cooked it 4 different ways and served it with rice,veggies and bread. It was so good. Sam, my picky eater ate a ton. He just about begged Jim to bring the left overs the next day to make fish tacos. The cook even told us what time to come back to make sure he was in the kitchen. They were just so excited that Jim loved the food they cooked. So the next day we went to the old town and we too tired to eat out. The rest of us fixed dinner in the condo. Jim went down to see Manuel with he left overs. After 5 tequila shots and an invitation to meet his family at his ranch, Jim returned with chicken nuggets for the kids and fish tacos. Again, Manuel didn't charge us enough for the meals but Jim tipped him very well. The service we superb. He would talk to us when we were at the pool in a friendly manner, not like he was trying to sell us. I will say I was tired of the bargaining. I just want to know how much, not how much I'll pay.   "Had a great time in PV. Before Terri et al arrived, mom and I took the whale watching, snorkeling tour. Saw lots of whales, one as close as about 30 yards away. We also saw the Rhythms of the Night. Mom and I went to the bathroom as soon as our dinner table was selected and we got lost coming back. We needed the help of one of the staff to find our table in the candlelit lighting. Another day we went into town for a few hours. Of course in-between we enjoyed the beach and the restaurants. When Terri and Jim arrived they were exhausted because they missed their flight connections due to icy weather in Charlotte. Instead of arriving around 2:00 pm, they got to the condo at 11:00 pm. Also their luggage did not arrive until the next afternoon after Marcia tracked it down for them. During their stay with us we went to town, took the kids on the Pirate ship excursion, and went deep sea fishing. Nineteen fish were hauled in by Anna, Jim and Sam. Mostly Sam. We had to cut the day short because Sam got sea-sick and was throwing up. The kids really enjoyed the beach, especially the turtle thing each night. Jim and Terri are going to tell you what a fantastic meal Manual had prepared with the fish we caught."
