Enjoy a spectacular view of the coastline from nearly every room in our penthouse. You can watch an amazing sunset from out on the spacious balcony of our 10th floor unit.
The master bedroom has a KING bed, over sized walk in closet, separate sitting room with a QUEEN sleeper sofa and 2 oversized chairs, a private bathroom with jetted tub and walk in shower. The second master has a KING bed and a private bath with a shower and jetted tub. The third bedroom is a KING room and the fourth bedroom has two FULL size beds that sleep 2 in each full bed. The family room has a fold out QUEEN sofa sleeper for extra sleeping space. The third bathroom connects to the bedroom with 2 full beds.
The penthouse is large enough for 2-3 families to share for your next vacation. This is more than twice the size of a typical 4 bedroom condo and takes up 1/2 of the 10th floor, giving you and your family plenty of space to relax. The penthouse is 3500 square feet and has a 1500 square foot wrap around patio. The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet access, 40" plasma tv in family room, TV/dvd player in each bedroom and a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room.

AREA ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
Shops and restaurants are only minutes away from Grandview East. Ripleys Museum is just two blocks away. New huge shopping center just opened. Gulf World Marine Park, mini golf, and small water park just minutes from the condo. The airport is a 15 minute drive and there
are many watersport activities offered just out on the beach.Ripley's Believe It Or Not, Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise, Zoo World, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Circus by the Sea, golf, winery. Many golf course within 5 miles from the condo.
Pier Park shopping center is about 5 minutes away from Grandview. On a slow day, you can rent a pontoon and drive over to Shell Island, 15 minutes away or you can rent a jet ski just down the beach. Parasailing, jet ski, shopping, museum, restaurants, all within walking distance. You can also choose from one of the 10 golf courses near the penthouse.

The accomodations were better than expected. The Penthouse was very spacious and decorated beautifully. This was 3500 square feet of luxury. The view of the gulf was absolutely amazing from many rooms of the condo as well as from the 50 foot long balcony. We couldn't have spent a month in a better place.

Just a couple little suggestions......living room furniture was "little" and uncomfortable, it needs some big, comfy, oversized furniture. The only other suggestion would be it needs 2 reserved parking passes and 1 for across the road! We had an awesome time and had plenty of room for everyone to have "their space". I would highly recommend this condo to anyone that has a large family. This place was extremely great and very beautifully decorated. The Southern Resort staff and the owner were a pleasure to do business with. We only had one small issue and they were quick to fix the problem. We will for sure be trying our best to stay here again next year. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

When we were growing up we would drive to Panama City Beach each summer with a group of moms and daughters. On my mother's 75th birthday it was her wish that my sisters and I spend a week with her in Panama City Beach to celebrate her birthday. All of her dreams came true in this beautiful rental. Her master suite was her haven, and a luxurious getaway for her. We spent hours together on the amazing wrap around balcony. My sister uses a wheelchair. The entire penthouse was very accessible for her. We relaxed, reconnected, and doted on mom in this comfortable and spacious condo. The parking passes and beach chairs that were included in the rental fee were even more helpful than we had anticipated. This birthday trip for my mom was perfect and a dream come true for her. We were thrilled with the condo, and would not look further if we are able to all get away again in Panama City Beach together.

This property was beautful. I had everything including the view. It was more than spacious and had all the luxury one could want. We will definitely vacation here again. I was surprised it was available. It probably will not be after this review. LOVED the condo we stayed in (top floor on the far right corner facing the beach)!! The rooms were beautifully decorated, we had an amazing view, and we didn't travel more than 5 miles the entire time we were there because it was so convenient to all the tourist trap restaurants. Didn't spend any time at the pool, just the beach. The only problem we encountered was in trying to get additional parking passes from the desk. We were told to call security the morning after we arrived to obtain them but the number they had posted never worked (it went straight to voice-mail and our calls were never returned). They had also said we wouldn't have to worry about it that morning because they wouldn't be checking for it, but the cars had towing warnings on them when we went down early in the AM. We ended up parking our additional cars in another lot and shuttling people which was highly inconvenient, but what can you do? Otherwise, a great trip and a WONDERFUL place to stay! Just make sure if you are bringing multiple cars to iron out the details at check-in, not later with their "24-hour security".

My Wife and me toured the Penthouse suite 1002 in Grandview West. This suite exceeded our expections. Not only is it beautiful, it is very spacious. It can easily accomcomdate 2 or 3 families. Or if you just want indulge yourself. It is much more beautiful than the pictures show. Owner was very helpful and I would like thank them for letting us look at this suite. I have rented from this owner in the past and they were very helpful.

We stayed here for our family vacation last year and hope to do so again this year when we get our date set. Even though it looks beautiful in the pictues, it is awesome in reality. We enjoyed the huge balcony that had places for all 8 of us to sit and view the ocean. The panoramic view from the living room, dining room and kitchen were amazing with beautiful sunsets. We had so much room for everyone. My entire family enjoyed this vacation more than any other and I would highly recommend this property to other families as well.
