Whether you enjoy walking miles of beach or strolling through quaint shopping, it's all here. Coligny Shopping Plaza offers a large variety of stores and 8 restaurants. You can also walk to tennis, miniature golf, and a waterslide park. Check the local brochures for additional activities including free sing-alongs in Harbor Town and Shelter Cove. Bike rentals and baby furniture rentals are available with free drop off and pick up. Shipyard Golf Course is only one mile away.
Our condo is on the first floor just over the covered parking garage accessible by a short set of stairs or elevator. The condo is professionally decorated, and well-maintained adding to your vacation comfort. The twin beds in the guest bedroom are hinged to a King Sized headboard so that the beds may be joined for those preferring a king sized bed. The full kitchen is completely equipped for preparing your own meals right down to the wine glasses.
The Master bedroom has a private bath. The guest bedroom uses the hall bathroom. There is an angled view of the courtyard with a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom. Free high speed internet access is included.
Extra features like granite vanity tops in both bathrooms, full sized washer and dryer and a charming lanai add more charisma to this attractive vacation rental.
