MARLIN DAZE requests the honor of your presence as the newest crowned jewel in the fleet of ocean liners in upscale Summer Place subdivision, Hatteras. New in 2007 and sure to please you'll find vacationing in this gem to be relaxation at its finest.
Lounge by the private heated pool while the sound of the ocean's gentle tides soothe your soul. The bubbly hot tub is just steps away. Venture into the first level of the home and you will find a game room with pool table, TV, DVD, sleep sofa, wet bar and access to a bath that also adjoins bedroom one (King bed) with TV. The second level offers three master suites (each with King beds and TV), oceanfront den with TV and sleep sofa, laundry area and bedroom number five with two sets of bunks, TV and access to a hall bath. The expansive third floor offers a great room, kitchen, dining and living area with gas fireplace, 42" Plasma TV home theater system with surround sound, DVD player and free premium movie channels. Granite counter tops provide plenty of space for your chef in the gourmet equipped kitchen. A half bath, master suite (King bed) with a tiled shower and a large whirlpool tub are also on this level. The final journey will take you to the loft, which offers panoramic views, TV and a sleep sofa.
Elevator to all levels from the ground floor, excluding the loft. All will enjoy furnished sun decks on every level whether watching the sunrise on another great day of vacation or setting after a full day of activity. Hi-speed wireless Internet access (PC not provided, bring your laptop) and unlimited long distance allow for extra ease in vacationing.

This is me looking down on the Swim Up Bar! We've built 3 vacation rental houses and this one is the latest and best. We designed a separate 'living area' on every floor which really lets folks have their own space. Don't forget that the 4th floor loft is private and features a fold out couch!

The house and location on the beach makes this an exciting beautiful location to spend a week or two relaxing enjoying the water and the beach. The house size, cleanliness, and general attractiveness is sufficient to easily accommodate two or three families concurrently. Looking forward to getting everyone together again to spend the time relaxing and developing more friendships.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family had the memorable pleasure of spending a week last May at Marlin Daze in Cape Hatteras. The property was recommended to us by friends who couldn't stop talking about a wonderful rental they found at the Outer Banks, NC. One of my favorite memories is sitting on the sofa...overlooking the ocean and watching six dolphins swim lazily down the coast. It seemed as though they were waving to me as they passed by! As you drive up to Marlin Daze you are hit with sheer size and beauty of the house. Every floor has a WOW factor, first with the views and then the spacious rooms furnished with just the right furniture. The 6 bedrooms accommodated everyone with no sharing of bathrooms! The kitchen is spectacular and very well stocked. Expect our family back every summer!
