Enjoy our bright, south facing, upper floor mountain retreat. Located just minutes from Vail Village at 1616 Buffehr Creek Road. This unit is conveniently located near the retail and restaurant amenities of West Vail, yet quiet (away from I-70) and private. The open, high vaulted ceiling floor plan combines a recently renovated kitchen with the living room and dining area creating a great room atmosphere. All new bathrooms feature a frameless glass shower and jetted tub. The two bedrooms each have queen sized beds with feather comforters and full linens. 2 TV's, DVD player and stereo system with i-pod hook-up provide the necessary entertainment to relax after snow or summer activities. A wood burning fireplace, a large south facing elevated deck w/new furniture & gas BBQ and a completely accessorized kitchen round out the features of this mountain get-away.
The unit has one assigned parking space and on-site visitor/guest parking. Comcast cable and excellent cell phone service, including 3G/4G coverage, keep you in touch (if you desire).
The setting includes open meadows and is adjacent to national forest with aspen groves allowing for frequent wildlife sightings. Some of Vail's best hiking, snowshoeing and mtn. biking trails are located just outside the front door (pool & tennis courts open in summer) making this location truly 'Vail's Best Kept Secret.' Condo complex is not on the TOV bus route, nearest stop is .8 mile.
