Enjoy this beautiful lake front cottage on three landscaped and wooded acres just 50 miles north of New York City in the Hudson Valley. This completely remodeled cottage has an inviting new kitchen, a large open floor plan with lots of windows and French Glass doors opening out to a variety of secluded seating areas complete with Adirondack Chairs.
A master bedroom on the main floor and an upstairs bedroom with large windows facing the lake make this a perfect spot for a family and visiting friends. The office on the main floor is complete with daybed for additional sleeping.
The private dock with canoe is down a stonewall lined path from the house, while blocks away is a small neighborhood beach designed for children with certified Lifeguards.
Just minutes from Fahnestock State Park, the Appalachian Trail and the North County Bike Trailway, outdoor activities include hiking biking, birdwatching and swimming.
Friends from the City can take the Metro North Train from Grand Central to Croton Harmon, just 12 miles away. You could stay the whole summer and commute to the City if you wanted!
