First-floor condominium with a large deck overlooking a pond that is home to fish, swans, ducks, geese, and heron. Small Weber grill. Within walking distance of the tennis center (one block), beach (3 blocks), fitness center (3 blocks)- Trams run all day, seven days a week to the beach.

Two blocks from the Market Place where you will find the Welcome Center, bike rental, Candy Kitchen, Hair Salon, Coffeehouse,Pizza Parlor, and children's' fountain.
