Reserved together or individually, these homes are among the most heavily rented family vacation destinations on the entire Island! Remember too, as an island off the coast of Puerto Rico . . . Villa III is a spacious three-story beach house “built tall” for panoramic views of Culebra and the Luis Pena Cay from the dining deck on the second floor, and the observation balcony on the third. Inside, the Villa boasts equally incredible views of the Caribbean archipelago, vaulted ceilings, and fills with the circulating Trade Winds to keep you cool by day. You'll also feel the stress wash away with the sounds of the lapping surf at night. Our on-site caretakers also offer Guests optional concierge services that include: 1) meal planning; 2) grocery shopping; 3) meal preparation; 4) dish washing; 5) certified child care; 6) reservation handling (for biobay tours, etc.); and even a 7) “dinner-for-two-on-Pelican-Beach” package complete with guitar serenades! These services are an exclusive offering in Vieques, and create a paradise for parents. We also offer a free meet-and-greet pickup service, free Wifi, and free satellite television complete with HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, Stars, local stations, and all the cable network channels.
