Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a TOP FLOOR, corner unit with SPECTACULAR VIEWS located in Dakota Lodge. It has amazing views of the mountains from the living room, both bedrooms, and the balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 27 inch TV and DVD player, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed with 20 inch flat screen TV with a DVD player. The living room contains a sleeper sofa and comfortably seats 6 people with 3 additional chairs. There is a 1080p top of the line 44 inch Sony LCD panel over the fire place with an upconverting DVD player. The picture is outstanding. The dining area opens to the living room and comfortably seats 6 people. This unit is equipped with a pack-n-play and a lite-weight stroller for use during your stay. We have covered all electrical outlets to make our condo child-friendly. Additionally there are highend humidifers in the condo and fans for the warm summer afternoons.
Dakota Lodge is located approximately 50 feet from a small grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, shops, and ski rental shops. Less than 5 minutes walk from the ski lifts.
VIP ski check is available at the lifts for a small daily fee. This is very useful if you don't like to carry your ski equipment.
FREE WIFI with excellent throughput. Dakota lodge was recently upgraded with wireless high speed access. It is the best and fastest in Keystone. Many condo's do not have WIFI or you have to pay for it. Not here!!
HERE IS A LITTLE KNOWN SECRET THAT ONLY LOCALS KNOW. Arapahoe Basin (A-Basin) and Loveland ski areas are both very close to Keystone and they normally open for the season at the end of October and close in June. You can get the best value at these times.
We have negotiated an agreement with Keystone management to take care of all your needs. NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT RENTING FROM SOME ABSENTEE OWNER. WE HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT ALL. You will check in at the front desk and in the unlikely event of a problem the staff is there to take care of any issues. This is a big deal that separates us from most over VRBO owners.
Coming for the 2009 ski season, the main lift (gondola) will be moved even closer to Dakota Lodge and it will be 40% faster and seat 8 people instead of 6. That means less walking and less waiting in lines. Also, this condo is already one of the best available; however, in 2008, we will making this great condo even better.
