Enjoy a lovely beach home with all the amenities, right on the water. Get to the Beach right after the kids get out of school. June 13-July 6, 2009. Beach is a few blocks away, but no worries you could spend the whole day right in the backyard on the sprawling deck with boats, kayaks, sailing or whatever you choose. Tennis is around the corner as is the playground. This is a quiet family neighborhood where relaxation and fun are required.
Plenty of space to be together or get away for a quiet time with two large living areas, two separate upstairs decks, relax on the couch in the breezeway, or have a cocktail on the deck and enjoy the views, and sunsets. Kitchen is new, tile floors, outside shower, and plenty of parking.
