New 47" HDTV in Oct. of 2011. The unit is B303 of the desirable "B" building. A fully equipped kitchen lets you eat in, Barbecue by the pool, or you can enjoy one of 10 restaurants within a 5-minute walk. This 850 square foot decorated condominium, including one of the largest lanais on the island with a partial ocean view, offers the peace and quiet you expect on a vacation, but puts you right in the center of Maui’s play land of activities.
Shopping, Golf, Sightseeing and Beach activities only minutes away. Just 200 paces from a Beautiful White Sandy Kamole I swimming beach. Beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and a blender, all furnished. There are outside showers and a grass picnic area next to the beach. Enjoy Beautiful Sunsets over the ocean. The Dolphin Mall next door offers all short-term necessities, including an Internet coffee house and many activity centers.
This is a non-smoking one-bedroom unit that sleeps 1-4. Free Wi-Fi Internet, local telephone with an answering machine. Televisions in both the living room and bedroom. A full size washer and dryer, ice maker in freezer and microwave compliment the unit. This complex of 125 units includes a great pool, BBQ stations, tennis courts, a sauna and a hot tub to meet and visit with other visitors. We are a Minnesota couple who purchased this condo, in hopes of some day, spending the winters here in Maui, instead of the cold Minnesota winters. This is a really fantastic condo, tastefully decorated, with great furniture and all the amenities you could need. Spacious and comfortable. I loved using the WiFi on the large lanai.We have been visitors to Kihei Ali'i Kai for many years and now we wouldn't think of going anywhere else. It was an absolute pleasure to keep in touch with the Owner (Dave) while we were planning our wedding during this five week trip. Wonderful location near the beach and shops and the condo property and facilities are safe and extremely well maintained.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
