This is a fabulous newly renovated property - very comfortable and luxurious - just steps away from Siesta Key's Mira Mar beach. The front unit is available year round for long and short term rentals and a small rear unit is used periodically by the owners. It is very secluded and quiet with lush, tropical surroundings.
The home was built in the early 1950's - it's a mid-century modern gem with wooden beams and a light and bright decor. The entire home was renovated in 2007 and completely updated but retains the original charm and integrity. There is travertine flooring throughout with custom designed decor.
A great choice for a long term or short vacation. It is less than a two-minute walk to the beach and a very short walk to the Village. Many restaurants and shops are nearby.
- A comfortable king-size bed with high quality linens is ready for a great night's sleep in the master bedroom along with cable TV and ample closet and storage space.
- There is a large living area with a queen size Murphy bed and huge Sony home theater TV and wireless internet. You can entertain a large group or enjoy a relaxing and comfortable evening on the leather sectional sofa and chaise lounge.
- The spa quality bathroom is very calming after a busy day at the beach. High quality linens are provided.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and new appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The expandable dining table is great for entertaining and dinner parties.
- Enjoy the outdoor deck with table, gas grill, and outdoor shower as well as the secluded jacuzzi.
This property is on par with the finest resorts and hotels - but a quiet, turn key home with all the comforts.
