Greetings! My Name is Anabella, Host and Proprietor of Casa Mia Beach House. Visited South Florida in 1984 and fell under the spell of the captivating Atlantic Ocean, distinct sea mist air, lush tropical foliage of Deerfield Beach and the adjacent Boca Raton area. Originally purchased as an investment property in 1996 and as soon as renovations began Casa Mia's unique alluring charms inspired our love affair which began 14 years ago and continues to inspire to this very day. Casa Mia Beach House has a particular noble and royal spirit which commands the installation of only the finest materials implemented in it's refinement and this is how all my revenue, inspired passion and benevolent affection had created my little Beach Palace. Many remarkable memories have been made here and it is my wish to share my little piece of Heaven with you and that you will experience the same unrivaled magic. The house is so inviting and warm...beautiful!! We knew from the moment we stepped into the house we were going to love it. The location is perfect...right across the street from the beach, close to shops & restaurants. The back yard at night is a paradise, the hot tub, the light in the landscape and garden...Wow!! We loved the spa shower heads, the wonderful Tuscan stone tile throughout the home, the plantation shutters, the generous windows that let in the Florida sunshine, the beautiful grounds, and the luxurious linens. And the "how to" labels were helpful in navigating the house, making us feel more at home. The beach entrance was so convenient - being just steps away, and the historic Deerfield Beach Pier was a great place to walk, even in chilly weather and at night. We enjoyed eating at JB's on the beach on New Year's Eve and Le Val de Loire Restaurant in The Cove Shopping Center (great crêpes and Napoleons). All the very elegant amenities were made all the more special by Ann, who is such a gracious host. We hope to come again!

We have just returned from Casa Mia Beach House and it was wonderful! Everything was so perfect and we were so impressed with the decor inside and out. Furnishings that we didn't even realize we might need were there at our finger tips - to use. I tried to find a spec of dust but I couldn't. I loved it all. It was like our own little paradise. Everything was close to us. The beach and restaurants, shops and pier were all within a five minute walk from the house. Golfing and the casino and some tourist sites were about twenty minutes drive from the house. One night we even Bar BQ'd. Ann the owner was a delightful, kind and easy person to do business with. I will be recommending her Beach House to everyone. I'm also hoping to get back there again myself some day. YOU WILL LOVE IT!

Three best girls friends just spent 4 wonderful days at Casa Mia. As a professional designer I can honestly say the decor is just beautiful. There is a noticeable heart and soul in the home and lots of TLC and attention to detail. The spa was such a relaxing treat. The bedding and mattress are very comfortable. The robes were so cozy. The kitchen is fully loaded and gorgeous. The garden is beautiful, serene and private. The hot out door shower was fun and a great first experience. The recliner sofa will comfortably sleep another person. Lots of great closet space. Convenient washer and dryer. Such a short walk to the most wonderful beach and great places to eat and shop. Try Bobbie's Italian restaurant. Everything we ate was wonderful. They also have live music outside and people are dancing on the side walk. So much fun. And Ann the owner was so helpful and kind. We highly recommend Casa Mia and are looking forward to coming back.

In addition to Deerfield beach, enjoy first class private quarters designed for the most discriminating travelers. Walk in and breathe a sigh of relief and then a sigh of delight. The bedrooms are fun, fun, fun!!!! They are exquisite and delightful and comforting all at the same time. The living room is state of the art - flat screen TV, motorized reclining sofa for two, movie collection listing, top of the line decor... The kitchen - the most amazing granite counter...all the amenities you ever dreamed of. The chandelier in the dining room...too much fun for words. Go outside...a Tuscan Villa...your own garden, outfitted with a built-in grill and a sparkling hot tub. Do yourself a favor and choose Casa Mia for it's 1st class amenities at bargain prices. Casa Mia's First Honorable Special Guests Ben & Diane Cohen, presented to Ann/Owner a Guest Journal January 2008 as a token of their true appreciation which is now proudly displayed. First Entry: January 2008 Welcome to Paradise! We found this place to be so much more than anticipated, and enjoyed every minute, despite 2 days of rain. If you can pull yourself away take a walk along the beach, have breakfast at Luna Rosa (also on the beach in Delray at Atlantic Avenue) on Howard Johnson corner, excellent! Oceans 234 was also very good. Then have coffee in the back courtyard by the spa; it's delightful. There's nothing missing here, it's an unique gem, so beautifully appointed nothing left out, from the towels to the chairs to the tiles, to the movies to the bed, to the sheets---everything! Enjoy---we can't wait to return. Thanks Ann, you're special, so is your lovely villa.
