For families and couples seeking a vacation value this unit is a fully remodeled two bedroom/two bath vacation villa that is unlike typical rentals and is a 2nd home that provides a combination of amenities, private beach access and convenience to all that Hilton Head has to offer.
Plan a relaxing vacation at Hilton Head Resort. The villa sleeps 6 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room has a TV (with cable connection) and DVD/VCR player; there is also a stereo system. The master bedroom has a TV/DVD player and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has its own TV/DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, espresso maker, blender and best of all, a dishwasher. For your convenience, this condo also has a NEW washer and dryer and FREE wireless internet.
Hilton Head Resort is conveniently located next to the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones golf course.

Our family (Mom, and 3 kids ages 22, 20, 8) enjoyed a wonderful stay at this condo. We particularly appreciated the easy access to the beach and the on-site facilities. The pool-side grill offered a wide array of food for lunch/dinner at a great price and the service was excellent. The condo itself was clean and well maintained. All around a good time.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This Villa was perfect for my Wife, 2 year old and I. We rented it for a week. It was very clean and well kept. We prefer to do some cooking while on vacation and found the kitchen very user friendly and well stocked with cooking supplies, pot, pans...etc. The beach was a short enjoyable walk from our place. The pools at the complex were never that busy and was good to have when it was raining. Overall it was a great place to stay.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was nicely equipped. It is fully renovated, attractively decorated, and was a pleasant place to stay. The owner was great to deal with. Hilton Head Island is a fun place and the weather was beautiful the week we stayed in mid-March 2011. Don't miss renting bikes and riding on the beach! I would definitely recommend this condo.

We stayed there July 4th 2010 for a week. It was a great vacation!! The unit was roomy enough for my 2 boys (7) - (13) , 2 of their friends, my husband, and I. Me and my husband had a very private bedroom that was bigger than I expected for a condo unit. The unit was fully furbished of everything that we needed!! Hilton Head is a wonderful island that we always enjoy to visit. We will DEF.. consider this unit for the future.. The beach is a short/med walk - depending how much you like to walk.. It was not an issue for us as we are a very active family. The washing machine and dryer in the unit worked perfectly it was helpful to utilize when ever I needed. It made my unpacking @ home easier as everything was washed before we left to come home - that was vacation in itself for me.. The tennis courts were nice and fun.. We used them in the evening. The only down fall that I found was the the guards and people in the office were not much help to us, but this is a private condo and not to be mistaken for a resort like assistance.

We rented this villa for an entire month, and found it very clean, quite comfortable, and very well stocked with all needed supplies. Having its own washer/dryer and wifi were a welcomed bonus. We definitely recommend.
