Boulder has over 280 days of sunshine (more than Florida!) and many of those days are in the winter! When it snows, it usually melts off within a few days. It's not uncommon to have warm spells with day time highs in the high 60s-70s in February and March. Late spring and summer brings warm days and cool nights and beautiful flowers and greenery.
NOTE: The property is currently occupied by renters and will become a vacation rental starting in the late Winter/early Spring. Therefore, until the current renters move out, we can only show unfurnished pictures and a basic floor plan of how it will be furnished. We will update with furnished pictures as soon as we can. In the meantime, we plan to have a Queen size bed in the bedroom and a couch that can convert into a bed in the living room. There will be a dining table and chairs in the dining area, a well equipped kitchen, as well as a TV with DVD player. Free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. We will also have a patio table and chairs on the flagstone patio for outdoor, creekside dining and relaxation. |
