Summerhouse Villas at Litchfield by the Sea Resort are in a gated and private, family oriented beach community. This 1 bedroom villa has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and bath with granite and ceramic tile.
The villa overlooks a lazy river, designed for kids (of all ages) to enjoy to the maximum. The lazy river has two kid-sized water cannons and 2 large water buckets, randomly dumping a large amount of water. For the adults, the pool area has a lot of seating and 2 very LARGE & HOT spas.
For everyone's enjoyment, this villa is totally non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
A very short 7 minute walk or a only 3 minute FREE Golf Cart Shuttle Service to the beach, during the summer season.
This villa is set-up for Saturday to Saturday vacations; in season. DEEP discounted monthly rentals from October, 2011 through April 2012

We had wonderful time at the Summerhouse-Litchfield by the sea. The Vila is so clean, and it is accommodate for a small family with couple kids. The kitchen is well equiped with small items detail provided. My kids enjoyed riding the golf cart to access to the beach. The pool is very nice and it opens late until 10:00 PM at night. The owner is very hospitalization. Since I have been in this area, I do not want to switch to another resort. We had good time, and my kids love it. We will come again next year. Thanks you owners (John and Jan). Will here from us soon for booking schedule for next year.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

For the 2nd year in a row, we have thoroughly enjoyed our vcation to Litchfield Beach. The villa was perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 children) & at a very good price. We plan to use your villa again next year.
