VILLA ON 3rd FLOOR, 2nd FROM LEFT, OVERLOOKING LAZY RIVER POOL - Myrtle Beach Vacation Villa at Litchfield Beach Resort Summerhouse Villas at Litchfield by the Sea are in a gated and private, family oriented beach community. This 1 bedroom villa has 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen and bath with granite and ceramic tile. The villa overlooks a lazy river, designed for kids (of all ages) to enjoy to the maximum. The lazy river has two kid-sized water cannons and 2 large water buckets, randomly dumping a large amount of water. For the adults, the lazy river has a lot of seating and 2 very hot spas. For everyone's enjoyment, this villa is totally non-smoking and pets are not allowed. A very short 7 minute walk or a only 3 minute FREE Golf Cart Shuttle to the beach. This villa is set-up for Saturday to Satruday vacations, during peak season. Monthly rentals from October, 2008 through April 2009.
